I love DDPY I'm a big person I've struggled with obesity for years I thought I would have to accept being obese until the day I die but almost 3 months ago I saw this infomercial and I never knew that doing DDPY would help me start to take back my life this program is doable no matter how big you are or what health issues I have ..I've lost 27 lbs so far my energy level has changed my flexiblity is better..my biggest sucess is that I got on a bicycle for the first time in 20 years and rode that baby..I have a long way to go still but believe me DDPY will be a part of my life from now on.. I Love DDP'S passion the yelling that he does is his strength and power passed on to me..so freaking amazing.
Been a fan of DDP since the early 90s. I just discovered DDP yoga about a few weeks ago, The whole program IS Changing my life! Its well worth a try everyone!
So happy for DDP & how his Yoga is really taking off. My uncle told me a story of how he ran into DDP in a diner in New Jersey about 10 years ago and he said Dallas was one of the most friendly guys he's ever met. It's so awesome how he's helping people change their lives for the better. Great job DDP! You and your work are very much appreciated.
I've liked wrestling, not a huge fan but since watching all the videos with DDP I've become a huge fan of DDP. He's inspiring and seems like such a true friend and helpful soul.. also I gotta try his yoga, it looks awesome.
I am tipping close to 400 now...I blew one knee out play football (street) and the other in martial arts many years ago....I can't hardly walk now. I'm in so much pain and have basically given in to the darkside...lol. I'm living on 800mg Motrin now. someone posted the video of the gentleman that is a retired combat vet...and the transformation is nothing less than amazing. sparked a glimmer of hope for me. Thank you.
Hey DDP: Just wanted to say thanks for all that you're doing for the people many of us watched back in the day. Have never been a yoga person but now at 30 years old and someone who can stand to lose a few pounds, I can safely say this is something I'm going to start to get into now.
The wife and I do DDP yoga every day together. I had a knee op and had to use a chair at first while my knee healed but I'm now following along without it! I haven't weighed myself yet as I want to only do that every 4 months I advise anyone with injuries that you can modify it and DO IT and you'll eventually have loads more mobility
i've followed DDP Yoga and Arthur ever since his video popped up on DDP's youtube channel in 2012, it has WELL over 100 million views and growing. Power Yoga is a life changer in general, but when you add DDP's yoga in with it, you're on a whole nother level
I wrenched my back from a previous job & shoveling snow over the years made it worse. I had done physical therapy which helped for a while but not in the long term. Can't keep going if you don't have health insurance, costs are wicked. Couldn't sleep one night & saw an infomercial on this & started researching it. Find nothing but excellent reviews. This video just solidifies my thoughts about trying out this product.
I interviewed Dallas for my website for moms (oakland county moms dot com) which was funny since his catch phrase is "This ain't your momma's yoga." I also reviewed his workouts for my site. Dallas is a super awesome guy, and I am thankful for him every day for connecting with me for the interview and review. I am in love with this workout and it has done great things for my stamina, strength and (former) injuries. Thanks, Dallas!!!!!!!!
DDP Yoga is awesome. I've had the DVDs for about 2-3 months and it really makes a difference. It's unlike anything I've ever tried and I can DO this program! I tried some different yoga plans, I'm a big girl, and those yoga programs weren't working lol at all. lol I would highly recommend (as I do to everyone!) getting this program, you won't regret it. :) Now my 5 year old and my fiance' do it with me too :) Its awesome!
yeah man, i never liked wcw. i was always a wwf fan, BUT, i always liked DDP i don't know why, his angle made me angry when he went after undertaker's wife, but something about him stuck out n let me know THIS GUY is good...in and outside the ring
I'm so glad DDP has taken his Yoga program to national TV. P90x, Insanity etc. are just regular workouts performed by muscular guys. DDP Yoga is created by someone who used Yoga to benefit his own health and is applying it to people with the same issues. Diamond Dallas Page is freakin awesome!
Just found your channel watched that video about that disabled verteran he couldn’t do anything fell a lot then at the end when he was running it made me cry ! If he can do that I can to just one day at a time thank you so much for posting I’m so going to try your exercises on RUclips new sub here!!
just watched Resurrection of Jake the Snake. ..... Thank you DDP! thanks for helping Jake and Scott especially, but also thanks for helping other Ring Vets get back what fans thought was lost. DIGNITY I am so happy my last memories of Jake weren't from Beyond the Mat, but instead of Jake getting in the Hall of Fame! keep on fighting Jake and Scott!
dallas showed what true friends are in that movie. several times Jake let loose on him and he never gave up on Jake. remember that Jake only messed up when dallas was out of town. he wouldnt otherwise because he couldnt BS dallas with how hard wrestling is because dallas had been there as well, or how hard rehabbing your body was because dallas had done that as well.
I saw DDP on the Shark Tank show. First time I heard about it and it piqued my interest. Now I'm seriously considering this program. I'm in my mid forties and 20 plus pounds overweight with back pains. This could be it.
Seriously good for bad backs. Opens everything up and makes you feel great about yourself after. 20 min - 30 min sessions - like DDP says in the vid, you can afford to put that time aside for YOU
I have a bad back as well. So much that I know the poses in here would aggravate it. I've done yoga in the past. So does he advocate to keep doing the moves even if ur in excruciating pain..? Don't know anything about his program except what I saw in this clip.
Several differences. It's aerobic: you keep your heartbeat up. The stretches are dynamic, not static, which protects your joints from the damage traditional yoga can do. A lot of isometrics and faster pace. Workouts are organized into groups like fat-burning, lower body strength, core strength, etc., and he has arranged them to minimize injury. And there are calisthenic moves mixed in, like crunches and push-ups. He always shows modified positions, too.
The Shark Tank appearance was an obvious ploy at marketing vs looking for a real deal (the numbers were just silly)... BUT.... I already loved the video of Arthur Boorman, had the version I saw months ago had the DDP system listed as what he used, I would have bought it months ago. ~Another disabled vet who is going to give it a try.
This is what has helped scot hall out to get where he is today. He wrestled before my time (early 90s actually) but I woulda loved to watch him wrestle live. Razor Ramon was awesome
Prfft no way, the work DDP has done with creating DDP yoga and helping transform people's lives is amazing not to mention all the stories he has, I'm sure Rogan would be down to have him on and he does yoga himself.
DDP may have to change the slogan pretty soon, if he keeps getting success like this. Move it from "it aint your mama's yoga" to "the yoga that everyone and their grandmother uses" haha. Great stuff, DDP. Plan on giving it a shot myself soon.
I live in Ft Myers florida. DDP use to own a nightclub here in town. Norma Jeans. I went there every night. I didnt know ge owned until I heard the man's story and DDP saved his life. So cool. I tried some of his moves wow..
DDP has gone from one of my favorite wrestlers to my one of my favorite comic book heroes(rob zombies Nail) to a real life hero... DDP for WWE Hall of Fame 2013.
That is why I said "everyone and their grandmother". It is yoga that anyone can do. No matter your size, stature, and in some cases health. Me personally, I am not in bad shape or anything...i'm getting to try it, support one of my fave wrestlers, etc.
I'm thinking about trying DDP yoga, but I'm a bit skeptical. Not about the programs so much, but wondering if I'll get tired of doing it. Looks like theres a 7 day trial on the mobile service, so I'll give that a try.
My gym membership is up next month, planning on asking for some DDP yoga DVD's to do from home instead of renewing. Can I mix in some work with my kettlebell?
I've been bodybuilding for awhile and have noticed deminished flexibilty as my muscles get bigger. I'm gonna try this program to see if it helps before I actually develope a problem.
I think the key to enjoying Yoga really has to do with the instructor and their approach to teaching. To this end, DDP probably gives a great class. However, anybody who is interested in trying this out should know that these are all traditional Yoga poses (albeit it with "masculine" names ) and you can find a ton of great videos on RUclips with sequences of varying length and difficulty. I would recommend the Yoga with Tim or Yoga with Adrienne Series. They were the way I got started practicing and eventually moved on to real classes (although I still do some of these when I can't make it or the studio is closed) It's an amazing workout
That's actually not true at all. You may want to check it out a bit more, you may be pleasantly surprised. It's a lot more than just traditional yoga with different names, there are strength moves, traction moves and a focus on cardio as well.
I have been watching every post I can on this DDP Yoga. I really want to give it a try, but I am about 150 pounds over weight. My knees hurt and I cannot get on my knees. i even tried getting on my knees on a bed and still cannot do it. I fell one time about 5 years ago and I have all these marble like things around my knee. I just turned 60. What would I do as a modification for getting on my knees?
Hi Becky! I would do yoga! There are a lot of positions of yoga that are not on your knees that can build your core. Just skip the ones that are painful. if anything hurts, don't do it. I am not expert, but i know that anything you do is better than nothing! Good Luck! #youcan
i know this is a late reply but i would suggest water aquatics. I have a spine injury and i am 370lbs. I am using a walk/run method in the water and it is just doing amazing things for me.
DDP just released a program called "Rebuild", it's for people that have very, VERY little mobility. The workouts are called "Bed Flex", designed so hospital patients can do it. The workouts are already on the app.
I'm getting interested in yoga, I've had problems with my back and knees for years now. I hear good things about DDP's programme. Can anyone reccommend it?
i sit to long in front of my computer i lost 2 inch in height for doing so. 10yrs in front of a comp for 6hr straight...because of my job. can i regain that 2inch and straighten by spine with this ddp yoga? my doctor said the x ray of my spine is a shape of an s. thats y i lost 2 inch
I've been told when you squat to keep your back straight and your chest out. Not sure if 2:40 is the correct technique. I feel doing that could lead to some lower back injuries.
Does this honestly work? Because I seriously need to so something about my life. And i don't know if I can trust a few videos and reddit posts. I need to change and I'd give anything to. Does this really help? Accompanied by a diet ofcourse.
+Randomkunt01 Yes. It works. DDP is great for beginners because it has modifications, different levels and you can work out according to your current strength. You will soon notice that you get stronger and stronger as time goes by and in no time you will be able to do what was considered difficult with ease. It is low impact but effective. I had slipped disks and hip pain but yoga has proven a true cure. I'm pain free. If you stick with it the results will speak for themselves. Good luck!!! :)
Then maybe you can trust a bunch of RUclipsrs instead :-P. As someone who's already in physically great shape before using DDPY (in it about 2 months now), I can sum it up like this: whatever you put into it is what you'll get out of it. If you tense and squeeze your muscles with all your might like DDP says to in the videos, and keep up with a scheduled routine, you'll see results. The exercise routine entitled "Diamond Cutter" on DVD 2 is pretty much all I need, 3 days a week (with running and weight lifting done on my in-between days). Beyond all of this though, good results also are directly related to lifestyle, so if you're eating poorly and hardly moving day to day, some changes may need to be made there too. Best of luck to you!
Randomkunt01 watch the move The Resurrection of Jake the Snake. watch the transformation of Jake and Scott Hall, both we in very poor physical health when they began this program with DDP.(among having other issues). in a nutshell, programs like this forget that the people that need this arent athletes or in good condition. DDP / Jake / Scott are were having physical issues with their bodies and needed a slower start to their rehabs. that seems to be the difference with this program along with the yoga part that minimizes impact on the body's joints and skeletal system.
Great inspiration story. Thank you. How are you doing? How should I start?
Lisa M Flores phenomenal!
It's been 3 years. How's DDPY work for ya nowadays?
Hey man, just wanna check on your progress. How has it been?
I love the confidence DDP has in Arthur in this video. I think that's the coolest thing in the world.
Been a fan of DDP since the early 90s. I just discovered DDP yoga about a few weeks ago, The whole program IS Changing my life! Its well worth a try everyone!
Have you been on the ddp group.... my son in law is almost down 100 lbs since May 2013
So happy for DDP & how his Yoga is really taking off. One mistake is all it takes. BANG! Diamond Cutter!
I've liked wrestling, not a huge fan but since watching all the videos with DDP I've become a huge fan of DDP. He's inspiring and seems like such a true friend and helpful soul.. also I gotta try his yoga, it looks awesome.
DDP is a fucking revolutionary. Amazing.

Wanted to leave words of support but I just noticed it's been 6 years. How's are you doing Doug? Would you mind giving an update?
DDP honestly man you have inspired me and my dad, your a really cool guy keep up the good work and helping people.

Holy flip. That's the Paratrooper from the famous video? JEEZE! What a beast.

He looks 15 years younger

Glad this is taking off. I am so thankful to DDP. This is the one workout that I can do on a regular basis.
Wow I might invest in DDP yoga DVDs
Thank you for posting this
DDP is the man!
Awesome! Glad to see your hard work is getting the recognition it deserves. Hopefully more to come DDP.
I interviewed Dallas for my website for moms (oakland county moms dot com) which was funny since his catch phrase is "This ain't your momma's yoga." I also reviewed his workouts for my site. i respect the hell out of ddp for everything hes done
Thank you DDP for helping change people's life.
Holy smokes... Arthur doesn't even look like a shadow of his former self. Way to go dude!
I saw DDP on the Shark Tank show. First time I heard about it and it piqued my interest. Now I'm seriously considering this program. I'm in my mid forties and 20 plus pounds overweight with back pains. This could be it.
Do it. I've been lazy for months now, but I was way into this last summer, and it's really good stuff.
Seriously good for bad backs. Opens everything up and makes you feel great about yourself after. 20 min - 30 min sessions - like DDP says in the vid, you can afford to put that time aside for YOU
A lot of wrestlers have bad backs and everyone of them who I've heard started the program said their pain disappeared.
I have a bad back as well. So much that I know the poses in here would aggravate it. I've done yoga in the past. So does he advocate to keep doing the moves even if ur in excruciating pain..? Don't know anything about his program except what I saw in this clip.
Team Broccoli
He used this to recover from two broken vertebrae, so I doubt you know as much as you think you do.

congrats ddp to having an opportunity to show america on live tv what ddp yoga is all about=)
The Shark Tank appearance was an obvious ploy at marketing vs looking for a real deal (the numbers were just silly)... BUT.... I already loved the video of Arthur Boorman, had the version I saw months ago had the DDP system listed as what he used, I would have bought it months ago.

How you feel now
Going to check it out for sure. Should be buying with in the next week or so.
This is what has helped scot hall out to get where he is today. He wrestled before my time (early 90s actually) but I woulda loved to watch him wrestle live. Razor Ramon was awesome
Scott was way more over in the nWo as himself than he was as Razor.
Seriously try this program. I've lost 50 lbs in less than a year and am flexible and now have breath when running
DDP is changing lives.
Prfft no way, the work DDP has done with creating DDP yoga and helping transform people's lives is amazing not to mention all the stories he has, I'm sure Rogan would be down to have him on and he does yoga himself.
"You can't fake gravity"
That is the greatest line to explain wrestling I've ever heard.
More on Arthur and that inspirational video...thanks DDP...such an inspiration...YOGA YOGA YOGA, best, Kiki
I think I will be ordering this DVD from DDP, haha!!
Thank you DDP, because of this I've shed 15 pounds.
Look at Arthur! He looks great!
DDP may have to change the slogan pretty soon, if he keeps getting success like this. Move it from "it aint your mama's yoga" to "the yoga that everyone and their grandmother uses" haha. Great stuff, DDP. Plan on giving it a shot myself soon.
ddpyoga is gonna blow up!
Free DVD set?! Shooooooooooooooooooot, I wish I was in that audience lol
I am thinking about ordering tomorrow. Awesome.
We did yoga one day instead of PT in the Marine corps. We made fun of it until it kicked our arse. Lol
Keep on keepin' on! All the best of luck to you, and I hope you're able to get where you want to be.
I live in Ft Myers florida. DDP use to own a nightclub here in town. Norma Jeans. I went there every night. I didnt know ge owned until I heard the man's story and DDP saved his life. So cool. I tried some of his moves wow..
Agh I'm jealous! I didn't know you guys were on there! I usually watch that show!
Great to see Dallas getting some recognition.
good job DDP for being on the doctor
Ancient Indian saints knew so much about body. Yoga is their gift to th world
I've been bodybuilding for awhile and have noticed deminished flexibilty as my muscles get bigger. I'm gonna try this program to see if it helps before I actually develope a problem.
Do you give those away to the crowd? or do they buy them from you to give to the crowd? Always wondered that. Thanks DDP!
yes DDP is geting his yoga live on tv
I stand corrected, I will check it out
It's way more than just traditional yoga. I don't burn the calories with regular yoga that I do with DDP yoga.
Great job DDP & Arthur!
Deadspin just posted an article about DDP Yoga. If it was big before, it's about to become huge.
Great job, Mr. D.D.P.!
Warrior really needed DDP YOGA.
What a great guy, big up the snake and razor 👍🏻
I'm a fan of Greg 'The Hammer' Valentine's quote: "They say wrestling is fake but you can't get insurance."
Just google search DDP Yoga, and his website should be the first link. You can purchase it there.
2:31 Those are some crazy-ass shoes lol I like them!
great story man thanks for sharing
Congrats DDP. well deserved.
Awesome didn't know this was on.
one word...LEGEND
This workout is what healed Scott Hall?
I'm getting interested in yoga, I've had problems with my back and knees for years now. I hear good things about DDP's programme. Can anyone reccommend it?
Sure, but regular yoga is also good :) Try Rodney Yee's yoga, it is very good!
Thanks, I'll look into that.
Not true CandyisAwesome86, DDPyoga works wonders and gives you a hell of a workout, trust me.
The slow burn push-ups really help me #BANG!
What's the difference between this yoga and traditional yoga? It looks the same but just faster-paced.
Did this air yet?
Very cool DDP
i love DDP YOGA :)
Im so happy for DDP ... i did the routine now im sweating
DDP for hall of fame! lol
ddp is the man
just by watchings this you can tell how intense it really is!
I wonder why there was a fallout with Vader. He may still be alive.
Very cool.
i sit to long in front of my computer i lost 2 inch in height for doing so. 10yrs in front of a comp for 6hr straight...because of my job. can i regain that 2inch and straighten by spine with this ddp yoga? my doctor said the x ray of my spine is a shape of an s. thats y i lost 2 inch
anyone have a link to the full episode ?
lol just out of nowhere.. the original "viper" strikes lmao
It is slang. I am southern, but I am sure DDP gets the point that "everyone and their grandmother" means any and everybody.
I had no idea DDP Yoga was this big.
I've been told when you squat to keep your back straight and your chest out.
Not sure if 2:40 is the correct technique. I feel doing that could lead to some lower back injuries.
Dallas has a great public speaking presence
DDP / Jake / Scott are were having physical issues with their bodies and needed a slower start to their rehabs. that seems to be the difference with this program along with the yoga part that minimizes impact on the body's joints and skeletal system.
isn't he the guy who was the host of a show called fear factor?
