My wife just got her Azub Ti Fly the Rohloff hub and a Bafang Ultra electric motor. We went with the Bafang system because it has a throttle. The range and power of the Bafang along with the full suspension of the Azub makes it, her sweet ride.
I have an ICE Adventure HD with Shimano Steps EP8, bought new last year, with a Rohloff hub. None of this has any automatic mode, but I find after 3 rides my mind does. I prefer it that way. Sometimes I want to push harder, sometimes less. I'm 300 lbs and am pretty happy with the HD, few other models of any trike are rated that high. Azub should build one for heavier riders.
I Love riding my wifes HD. I probably would have gotten that instead of the Azub as it is a bit lighter and cost lett if it hadnt been for the 801. It is that much better than the ep8. Keep on riding. Like and subscribe as I have HD content here and lots of other stuff you may find interesting.
Thanks for some explanation of the two different profiles. I never tried to put mine into Profile 2. I have never found any good detailed instructions for the EP801 or the E Tube ride. I don't think I can do any auto shifting. i wonder what kind of gear shifter you have. Mine is wireless SRAM AXS. If it is possible to do auto I don't know how. My other thought is maybe you could do a video to share some detail about your camera setup and what kind of booms you use, like how you have it mounted high it high over your back and also over your shoulder. And your other equipment is cool. Your helmet brim with microphone mounts is very cool. Now that I am riding the recumbent and I am laying back, the sun is in my eyes. The helmet does not have a great brim, You have many things well figured out.
@@mikemitchell8915 here is a very early video on the camera angles. I definitely need to redo it ruclips.net/video/0w4RJViWd6s/видео.htmlsi=peshZncrc4JlKoE6
@@TrikeWithMikeTXThanks for this video link. Real question is: Where did you find any good instructions for the 801 and the E Tube in your beginning set up work? I called Shimano and he told me to switch over to E Tube Project instead. E tube Ride would not connect with my 801. Thanks for all your great videos.
what us the name of the app on your phone? I have the hp Velotechnik with the e801 and di2 and would like to be able to customize some of the settings on my phone
