Even though we DO still have plastic bags and reuse them, I use my plastic bag holder in the garage for rags. Wad em up, put em in, pull em out as needed with one ☝️ hand.
Just wondering would these things work for someone that lives in Australia due to the fact that our seasons are different and some of the holidays are quite different???

You would have to modify it quite a bit. I don't know anything about Australian culture sadly.
