My Assessment:
The Apartment I mentioned during the brief recap was the Drakestone.
Our Budget was:
$1800 1 BD, 1 BA
$2100 2 BD, 2 BA
Requirements:
Needed a pool, Kitchen Island, In Unit
The Ambrose was dissapointing as I originally anticipated this apartment being the best option in terms of overall value. That was the main theme for our apartment tour. East Quarters was overrated but worth a try as I have seen It on RUclips previously being promoted. If I had to pick out of this list, I would choose The Arts as the price and value for this apartment complex were fair plus the location in my opinion was pretty good. Marquies is great for anyone on a budget or those who have children. I will do more tours in other neighborhoods such as Uptown, Victory Park Etc.
