Well done the pair of you...bang on driving that, thoroughly enjoyed that footage..I had a VX NA then a VX turbo...Evora then the S2 Exige and bashed a ton of laps in all 4 cars, so I fully appreciate what's involved to get a good clean lap even in traffic and I must say it was great to watch..great driving. Was the VX a supercharged NA or either the turbo or the limited run of the legendary VXR, as I noticed that the wheels were what they had fitted on the VXR variant at factory from OZ rare and very hard to come by if sourced else wher ..Had a stop watch on you to so 1.20-1 23 in traffic was impressive 🏁🏁
Thanks for the comments. Sounds like you’ve had a nice selection of cars. I can’t remember the exact details of the VX, but it was a turbo that had been tuned to some level. It had been modified in other ways, so I’m not sure if it started off as a VXR. Yeah, our laps weren’t bad. I know mine has done a 1:18 with no traffic, but that was on knackered front tyres. I’d like to be in the 1:16’s when I go back next year really.
Thank you. It’s a GoPro Hero 9. The rear camera is a Hero 8, but I’d accidentally left it set up wrong hence why the rear footage seems dark. (It was previously set up as the inside camera)
Hi there, was wondering seeing I could be buying a v6 exige also after having an s2 if that aim display is still readable when sunlight hits it, heard it was pretty shitty as soon a some sun hits it so was wondering. Thx and beautifull car there.
Hi. I personally have never had a problem with not being able to read the display. But I always have my roof on, and there is not much light from the rear carbon hatch. So maybe for other people it is more of a problem?
