4:24 Do you have a video explaining why certain groups can have atypical presentations of ACS? You mentioned:
- Females
- Elderly
- History of Diabetes
For example, why are diabetics & females prone to epigastric burning sensation or shoulder pain, instead of the typical chest-clutching pain we see in the movies?

Think I may have pancreatitis an MRI flagged up tags attached to my pancreas or bags , I look pregnant but I'm a man so that is not the case . My belly is rock hard . My gut aches when I eat , I'm Scottish and really love whisky at Christmas, so I'm so pissed off by this , I'm disabled and in chronic pain and on a ton of pain meds .

I have had upper abdominal pain radiating to the back for 10 days with no diagnosis after blood and urine tests including liver and pancreas, EKG, chest X-Ray and palpation. Pain is ongoing, similar to gall bladder inflamed but I had that organ taken out. Not indigestion. Could it be spleen? I'm getting desperate for a diagnosis.
