Hi Jennifer! Apologies for the late response. Making homemade dulce de leche is pretty simple. Simply boil a can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot of water and let it simmer for 3-4 hours. Depending how dark you would like the dulce de leche to be. Make sure you keep an eye to make sure the water doesn't evaporate whilst boiling. Hope that helps!
Thank you soo much Michael I am a bit intimidated to try it that way afraid of any mishap but I guess there is only one way to know lol thanks again will try keep yr fingers cross lol
Hey Michael i dont have a sping form pan so is there any other pan or ways to make the cheesecake thank you sooo much love yr recipes from Trinidad you are loved ❤❤❤
Hey Jennifer! Thank you for stopping by and apologies for the late response. It is possible to make the cheesecake in a regular cake pan of the same size. It would be a little difficult to take it out, but not impossible. Make sure the cheesecake is fully chilled before attempting to slice and removing it from the tin. Hope that helps! ❤
Hi Claire, here’s the full recipe: michaeltoa.com/dulce-de-leche-cheesecake-ed57a71077c4 I don’t have a video for blueberry cheesecake yet, but watch this space! Thanks for stopping by.
I tried this and it came out amazing. Thank you so much. I followed your exact recipe. 😍😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Only one note: Just be careful about which mold are you using. Make sure you use which can be easy to remove the cake from the tray.
Thank you so much. I am so pleased to hear you enjoyed the cheesecake. It’s definitely one of my favourites. I hope you were using a springform tin. Thank you as well for the note. If you are on IG, send me the photo @michael_toa
My husband came over to the computer while I was watching and he started drooling. Love the finishing touch of the sea salt. Good idea. We just subscribed--we'd love to be YT friends!
Thank you so much for the kind words. Yes, that little sprinkle of sea salt makes all the difference. Heading over to your channel now. Yes let’s be friends 😄
