I joined as a graphic designer 7 months ago @10k/month and right now I'm getting 25k/month. And let me clear that I am not from a design background and my source of learning is youtube. But tbh this field requires a lot of energy too and people who are in creative fields listen to me carefully never ever do anything for free, starting as a fresher u can take 10k but after 1y of experience u should ask atleast 25k+ cause the amount of experience you will get after working in this industry is huge.

Sir, now a days we get a lot more than 10k if we graduate from a good design school , like Designing is one most powerful degrees coming up and will grow more in near future, now a days I have seen students and Freshers getting 3 - 4.5 Lacs per annum and once we have an experience of 1 or 1.5 years we're also exposed to a salary of 4.5-6.5 Lacs per annum

Adobe after effects (the most flexible tool available which has the whole bunch of supporting adobe softwares and bunch of awesome plugins) Blender (3D software and has everything built inside and it is free) for editing professionally you can use adobe premiere pro or FCP( if you can afford a macbook or imac)
For the VFX if you're a complete beginner I would recommend you to use after effects and for 3d like tracking and models animating other stuff you have two options which is cinema 4d or blender these are not very hard to use and also you'll get familiar to working with nodes (you can take nodes as layer or object use for adding effects but it has more potential than after effects layer based system ) After that you'll get familiar to 3d and effects coloring and everything You can upgrade your tools For composting you can your Foundery Nuke For 3d you can use Auto desk maya 3ds max Or If you are good at any other 3d softwares It's not about softwares but being comfortable with it For vfx you need a lot of practice as other things needs to get good with it All the best

The problem with us, Indians is that we see at salary b4 our interests in the career, and that's where we produce the highest number of unsatisfied workers. Even this guy had to mention salary in his title, or else only few people would watch this.
Ab companies aise designers ki demand karti hai jo Shaktimaan ho matlab kee aise designers jo graphic, motion aur video editing mein expert ho. Printing ki full knowledge pata ho. Companies ke liye content writing aur marketing kar sake.
Baaki sab aapne thik kaha, companies prefer all rounder, but content writing and marketing nehi aati hai creative field mei, agar koi company ye demand karti hai toh galat hai.

Point to Note : It's been a Year to me connecting to Agencies but I'm still not ready for Freelancing, It will take me time.. If you wanna do sasta kaam you can do as a Freelancer, but if you want to Work Like a Professional Freelancer, Give atleast 3-5 years to the Industry.. that's what I'm believing till now 🥂
