He is telling the truth. I have been working in this field for 2.5 years. I had health issues before joining this field. But my health keeps on dipping low or rising up and I have started to take care of my health. The stress part is also true especially when you have a lead who will judge your project. Sometimes I felt it was unfair when a whole good concept was scrapped down for a cheaper and affordable option I was at a point where I was not enjoying my work anymore. I am working in a motion design studio but actually wanted to write stories for shows. The experience I got from the studio is good and I am thinking of moving forward and doing what I loved which was doing stories, comics and concepts. What I learned working in this field to be more patient and confident. Now I have a process which I can use to execute projects. Time management is something I am learning and remembering why I joined this field has motivated me a lot. So if you want to be in this field be open to new things, learn to see different perspectives and keep polishing your skills. Also don't forget to make friends who are in the same boat as you this will help you a lot.

You are saying about mentality, I personally wanted to came in art field. But as you mentioned in previous videos about its okay not to follow passion as a career. Back of the mind I knew that I don't wanna get there because of this culture in art background of 'business'. There is friend of mine is pursuing VFX in institute, she is doing better there. But she has hectic times during this phase. As you mentioned there are people above us, its not creative when it comes for creation of a person.

Sometimes you'll have to keep your creativity aside. Don't just take feedbacks but make them constructive. Be disciplined. Ya this job sounds cool. It is. But not everytime. I love what I do.

Agree that most people cannot handle the pressure and the kind of work in our industry ,but one of the major reasons for that is coz the pay is very less too compared to many other tech jobs. Our industry mostly runs on passion and dedicated people will work regardless, so i feel like entrepreneurs or business heads should make it a point to offer a little better pay if they "can" , i understand budget constrains , but someone pre-deciding that they wouldn't pay more than a certain amount is wrong is what i feel. What we can do is make their work exp a little better in this industry. So please, if you are managing people under you and you can afford to pay a little better, maybe do that :)
