Depending on the recipe, to keep the same cooking time, you will probably have to go up a size with your crock pot to keep the same timing. Each time I try a double batch for the first time, I watch it closely just to make sure the timing still works. Hope that helps!

I haven't tried this with something other than Old Bay. It might be good with Cajun seasoning. Using Cajun seasoning will add some heat though. If you give it try, let me know how it goes!
