This is my favourite hymn, and I want it to be played when I get baptised. This was a hymn I listened to when I had recently converted, and now that I’ve finally worked out a lot, I finally understand this hymn properly- that God is powerful and almighty, that he is so holy that four angels say that he is holy constantly
My mom always sang this song to my daughter who was born with Congenital Heart Disease , my baby girl went through so much in her first year of life. 3 open heart surgeries. We always put our trust in the Lord, it's because of him she is still here today. RIP Mom ., we love you and miss you everyday 💛💛

Though his superiors frowned on the use of anything but metrical psalms, Heber introduced hymns by Newton and Cowper and even wrote new hymns of his own. You will fall asleep without knowing it.
Easter is in two days so Happy Easter to anyone who sees this always remember Jesus love you he paid the debt for our sins and now we all can go to Heaven all we have to do is accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. HE IS RISEN!💙
This is perfect. I like that the size of the choir seems perfectly balanced in size to where you can almost hear some individual voices, but nothing sticks out. Too big a choir sometimes doesn’t sound as relatable to me. This almost reminds me of the small family choir I grew up with in the church. Those moments when the choir was singing and the sanctified silence directly after the song’s last echo were really the soul of my religious and worship and how I felt most connected to the spiritual experience.

The wisdom, love, justice, mercy, grace, long-suffering, goodness, righteousness, faithfulness of God are all based on the fact and nature of His Holiness. If you wish to use it, I am sure none of us Protestants have any objection. We after all use chant, Palestrina, Byrd (not just his music intended for the Protestant rite, either) etc. and more recently, alas, Dan Schutte. Still, the actual words and music here are Anglican. My reaction was inspired partly by a vitriolic attack on Anglicans using Schutte's most famous piece. I am all for an open market in music, though I could have gladly given Schutte a miss.
