I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk💜🕊💜 I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!! ✌💜🕊🙏
I left catholic, went to 2months JW, then went to Christian Protestant, now that I am well versed I seek the truth. Went back to Catholic as I received the communion the priest told me- “Welcome back”(feels like I heard Jesus talked to me from the priest) I cried as I go back to my chair and kneel. All along Jesus waiting for me in the tabernacle. And I will trust him all days of my life.

I am so sorry for your loss. Yeah, I associate that beautiful song with a funeral Mass. I get choked up hearing it usually. I am sorry about your missing him. God does say, "I am a God of the living". I know you know this but you will see him again, and I am sure he is just fine....does not make it easier though. God bless.

Heard “Be not afraid” for the first time at the funeral of my friend who killed himself at age 22. Led to me attending Mass due to a Deacon I met, became Catholic and have a deeper, not perfect, relationship with The Father. Hail Mary full of grace.

I recently was brought to the hospital on Feb 6th , and I was dying to sick to get a double lung transplant I need so my family and thousands of people prayed for me on Feb 9th I starting to get stronger.feb 11th I was life in 2 lungs. Thank you for your help through this

I dreamt a beautiful dream. I was in a small Catholic church and there were young protestants and the priest was giving categism to them, explaining our Catholic faith to them. It was so quiet and peaceful and loving, I was thinking, God is here! May all who reach out to others, sharing God's love be blessed tremendously!❤

I have struggled with my faith for a long time. I have been watching a daily mass and wanted some hymns. I found these and especially the first two have always been favorites and yes, I am very emotional. I will share them with a family member that is very ill and afraid, hoping she will find comfort.
My dear husband of 60 years is in Memory Care and the Peace I feel after The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and listening to these Beautiful Hymns brings me comfort I can’t explain. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen 🙏

Play this music with him too. I work with a woman with late stage Alzheimer's. She can hardly remember anything else but if you start singing her favorite songs, she remembers every word of the song. Music brings her so much joy. I hope this music brings your husband joy and peace.

Thank you! I’m a pianist and my daughter a singer. We guide the singing for 8:30 Sunday Mass. Before Mass we pray that we be able to help the congregation lift their hearts and minds to God, because it’s all about HIM, not about us.
A year ago I was told my husband was going to die. As always I put complete trust into GODs hands. My prayer being “ GOD may your will be and please give us the grace to accept it.” Miracle that it is he is still here! It’s not that the many doctors were wrong , but GOD just wasn’t ready for him. I’m blessed with this beautiful man and GODs constant LOVE.

Amen brother! God loves everyone infinitely, and wants to be with everybody forever, so if you are hearing his calling, open your heart, and ponder what he has to say for you. He gave his only son so that we may be with God, so do not block Him out, allow instead for Him to shine his eternal grace on you, so that you may share in the eternal happiness that is heaven. If you wish to learn more about Christ and his actions, read the Gospel of John, it’s a favorite of mine. If you wish to delve into what Jesus’ teachings truly mean, read the N.T., especially the book of Romans, there are many good lessons in there. And if you wish to inquire about the church, go to your local parish and ask the father located there any questions you may have, I’m sure he would be happy to answer your questions. I listen to this almost twice a day and it brings me closer to what Christ wants for me. I’m so thankful for this heavenly time. We are farmers so the shepherding songs are dear to my heart.
For years, I wandered through the darkness of heartache. Life had felt like a never-ending storm, leaving me drenched in sorrow and lost in a sea of memories. The pain from the past wrapped around me like chains, preventing me from moving forward. I thought I’d never escape the shadow of that heartbreak. It was as if my soul had been scarred, and no matter how hard I tried to heal, the wounds remained. Time had passed, but healing never seemed to come. Every relationship felt like an echo of the one that had shattered me. I convinced myself that happiness wasn’t meant for me. I built walls around my heart, pushing everyone away, too afraid to face the vulnerability that love demanded. Then one day, everything changed when I met her -Teresa Janette Brock. At first, I didn’t know what to expect. She was different, kind in ways I hadn’t known before, with a softness in her eyes that felt like peace. Her smile was warm, not just on the surface, but deep inside, like she was offering me a glimpse into a world I thought no longer existed for me. She saw through my armor. She didn’t push or try to fix me-she just listened, patiently, as I unfolded the years of pain. Teresa didn't tell me to forget my past or erase my scars. Instead, she showed me that healing wasn't about forgetting. It was about understanding, about learning how to live with the pain without letting it control me. She taught me to believe in myself again, to trust that love wasn’t a wound but a way to grow. Every time I run to The Lord God, I seem to forget everything nowadays. When in adoration momentary absences of thought as to where I am makes me upset to realize I am sitting with the center of my life and I still have things to finish up, like the end of my crocheting when I rarely crochet. Then to put my purse things in order. Only these keep happening while he still waits, patiently for me, calling me to see Him or His Mother. A sudden surprise happened. I was there looking at the bulletin seeing what names might be representing my family and relatives, possible relatives to me when the other two parishioners left only for a moment. There is more to this story, but let us remember, He is never gone from us, never leaving us, never abandoning us. We feel to flee like children, either by sleep or by running away. He will return, Holy Saturday is it one day, assuredly. We can only be tested by our own test of personal visiting. Sometimes, memories flood forth, but as He promised, no flood waters will ever flow only in our world. Not one of our worlds will ever be with a flood to destroy all. Crying only lasts so long. Let us cry in blessing instead at the End. Including, if the End is at the beginning of the story, for now we live the healing part, the resurrection, the life. We live in Him. We will also love and live as long as we do so with Him. Mary our Lady, His Mother, there leading us home to Him always as each Saint will, and Angel. The End is the family, because it is on the beginning. Let us not forget each member as when we can remember. St. Joseph is part of the Holy Family, so is our Triune God and our "Triune" Church, let our Lord God explain by His catechism in our Catholicism. His is a plan to live, a plan to love. Bless our Lord God.

I went to this video for the purpose of finding some comfort in a health crisis I'm dealing. Cried for a few minutes (I'm not sure how long) but I wanted God to rid me of my anxiety and to have a strong positive personality. May he grant me that wish. He is Gods son and I am also a child of Gods (so Jesus is also like a big brother) and for Mother Mary to cover me with her mantle to comfort me. If it is Gods Will. These are beautiful songs. I remember hearing “On Eagles Wings” in the 1980’s in church. I haven’t hear it since then,about 30-35 years ago. I pray God will answer my prayers and heal me and give me a second chance at life to be with my dear friend and be the person he wants me to be and appreciate all the beautiful gifts he gave me everyday that I took for granted.

My wonderful father passed into the hands of the Lord on 12/12/22. I sang many of these songs to him during his last days in the ER and ICU. I don't know if he could hear me, but I sang as much for myself as for him--I am a cantor and song is my form of prayer. I'll be honest, it is a little difficult to hear some of these songs. I sing along and try to focus on the meaning of the words and not the sad memories tied to them. This is part of my journey to acceptance as I find a new way to live in a world without my dear dad. I love you, dad. I miss you so much.
How do you still find strength to do this beautiful devotion without the tears. I used to be a Eucharistic minister but couldn't hold back tears. It's only by God's Grace
@@JuliaRock-o9p I just cantored the mass for All Souls today. I'm not sure how I am able to do it--I ask the Lord to give me strength to sing his praise and for our mother to hold my hand. My grief is still so fresh that when I cry in mass I can almost feel my dad put his arm around me to comfort me. Praying for him and singing for him is all I can do for my dad, now. Some days it is really hard, but no one has criticized me for crying. No one has asked me to stop. So, I keep going to mass. I keep singing. I hope that someday I can cantor again with true joy in my heart instead of the pain I still feel. Maybe with time and God's divine mercy.

I’m a practicing Catholic who was divorced much to my surprise, 3 years ago. I’ve rebuilt my life but I’m still a flawed and broken human who’s made mistakes. I woke up at 4am this morning with I think food poisoning and a fever for the first time since I can remember. I had to call in sick to work and can’t seem to move out of bed for the past 5 hours. The only thing that settled me down and allowed me to peacefully sleep is incessant praying of the most popular prayers. Now I’m awake and feeling a bit better but I’m drawn to my church music at the moment. God is great, I know he is with me through Jesus Christ at the moment while I try to work through this nasty illness.

My dad is resting in peace awaiting the arrival of our Lord Jesus. I do miss him and think about him every day especially his laughter I know your pain and can say that I know that he died in Christ and we would all meet him again one day. What a beautiful time this will be when all Gods children can rejoice and be with him. 😊

I have suffered greatly in this life but even in great despair, almost to losing my strong faith He would not let me go. Read Paul, Job Isaih and the Psalms. I had read them many time but what I remembered was Psalm 119. He sheltered in the Wings. GOD Grace was always there but I just wandered for awhile. I miss going to church. I am so glad I can find the songs we usually sing in church. I haven't go to church since last December because of the lock down in my country ): the church has been closed since 2020. It was open for some time last year when the cases were low but the cases keep on increasing recently this year so we can't go back to church. I really miss going to the church..

I grew up Catholic and went to Catholic school from K-8th grade. I went to Mass 2-3 times a week for about seven years before starting high school. As a child and young person I never felt strongly moved by or connected to my faith and eventually found the dogma and history of the Catholic Church to be rather off putting. Now as an adult, I’ve started exploring my Catholic faith once again and although I identify as agnostic/atheist, I would also say I’m spiritually inclined thanks to my Catholic upbringing. Listening to these hymns, rereading common prayers, and even watching online Mass has brought back a certain kind of comforting familiarity that I wasn’t expecting. I don’t think the logical side of my brain will ever let me truly believe in a higher power or salvation, but admittedly I find comfort in my old memories and in the rituals of the faith. Go figure. 🤷🏽♀️

Was raised Catholic and stepped away from the church in my late teens. I always believed in Jesus but apparently had to go through my own journey to find my way back. I am now looking for a parish. Been listening to Fr. Mike schmitz recently, and I feel closer to God than I have in a long time. I'm nervous because it has been roughly 20 years. I am certain I need to confess. I was also married outside of the catholic church. I hope this doesn't cause a problem. My wife is Christian, though, but struggles with the fact the pope is infallible. I don't want to divide the family but I feel the Catholic Church is my Home. Pray for me.

I left catholic, went to 2months JW, then went to Christian Protestant, now that I am well versed I seek the truth. Went back to Catholic as I received the communion the priest told me- “Welcome back”(feels like I heard Jesus talked to me from the priest) I cried as I go back to my chair and kneel. All along Jesus waiting for me in the tabernacle. And I will trust him all days of my life.

Heard “Be not afraid” for the first time at the funeral of my friend who killed himself at age 22. Led to me attending Mass due to a Deacon I met, became Catholic and have a deeper, not perfect, relationship with The Father. Hail Mary full of grace.

A year ago I was told my husband was going to die. As always I put complete trust into GODs hands. My prayer being “ GOD may your will be and please give us the grace to accept it.” Miracle that it is he is still here! It’s not that the many doctors were wrong , but GOD just wasn’t ready for him. I’m blessed with this beautiful man and GODs constant LOVE.

Every time I run to The Lord God, I seem to forget everything nowadays.
When in adoration momentary absences of thought as to where I am makes me upset to realize I am sitting with the center of my life and I still have things to finish up, like the end of my crocheting when I rarely crochet.
Then to put my purse things in order.
Only these keep happening while he still waits, patiently for me, calling me to see Him or His Mother.
A sudden surprise happened. I was there looking at the bulletin seeing what names might be representing my family and relatives, possible relatives to me when the other two parishioners left only for a moment.
There is more to this story, but let us remember, He is never gone from us, never leaving us, never abandoning us.
We feel to flee like children, either by sleep or by running away.
He will return, Holy Saturday is it one day, assuredly.
We can only be tested by our own test of personal visiting.
Sometimes, memories flood forth, but as He promised, no flood waters will ever flow only in our world. Not one of our worlds will ever be with a flood to destroy all. Crying only lasts so long. Let us cry in blessing instead at the End. Including, if the End is at the beginning of the story, for now we live the healing part, the resurrection, the life. We live in Him.
We will also love and live as long as we do so with Him.
Mary our Lady, His Mother, there leading us home to Him always as each Saint will, and Angel.
The End is the family, because it is on the beginning. Let us not forget each member as when we can remember. St. Joseph is part of the Holy Family, so is our Triune God and our "Triune" Church, let our Lord God explain by His catechism in our Catholicism. His is a plan to live, a plan to love.

I went to this video for the purpose of finding some comfort in a health crisis I'm dealing. My wonderful father passed into the hands of the Lord on 12/12/22. I sang many of these songs to him during his last days in the ER and ICU. I don't know if he could hear me, but I sang as much for myself as for him--I am a cantor and song is my form of prayer. I'll be honest, it is a little difficult to hear some of these songs. I sing along and try to focus on the meaning of the words and not the sad memories tied to them. This is part of my journey to acceptance as I find a new way to live in a world without my dear dad. I love you, dad. I miss you so much.

@@JuliaRock-o9p I just cantored the mass for All Souls today. I'm not sure how I am able to do it--I ask the Lord to give me strength to sing his praise and for our mother to hold my hand. My grief is still so fresh that when I cry in mass I can almost feel my dad put his arm around me to comfort me. Praying for him and singing for him is all I can do for my dad, now. Some days it is really hard, but no one has criticized me for crying. No one has asked me to stop. So, I keep going to mass. I keep singing. I hope that someday I can cantor again with true joy in my heart instead of the pain I still feel. Maybe with time and God's divine mercy.

I’m a practicing Catholic who was divorced much to my surprise, 3 years ago. I’ve rebuilt my life but I’m still a flawed and broken human who’s made mistakes. I woke up at 4am this morning with I think food poisoning and a fever for the first time since I can remember. I had to call in sick to work and can’t seem to move out of bed for the past 5 hours. The only thing that settled me down and allowed me to peacefully sleep is incessant praying of the most popular prayers. Now I’m awake and feeling a bit better but I’m drawn to my church music at the moment. God is great, I know he is with me through Jesus Christ at the moment while I try to work through this nasty illness.

I lost my Mom only 4 weeks ago and the first 2 songs were song at her funeral. I am out walking and missing her everyday but these songs bring we so much comfort. Thank you lord for your many blessings. ❤🙏

I have suffered greatly in this life but even in great despair, almost to losing my strong faith He would not let me go. Read Paul, Job Isaih and the Psalms. I had read them many time but what I remembered was Psalm 119. He sheltered in the Wings. GOD Grace was always there but I just wandered for awhile. No matter what comes tomorrow I love God with mind, body and soul. We will get thru it. He sent these songs because He always knows my need. Thank u

My mother was taken to heaven on leap year 2-29-24. She was so faithful to her Catholic traditions and imparted the faith in me. I’m getting back to being a practicing Catholic thanks to my dear mother. These traditional Catholic songs give me so much fulfillment in my heart. I miss going to church. I am so glad I can find the songs we usually sing in church. I haven't go to church since last December because of the lock down in my country ): the church has been closed since 2020. It was open for some time last year when the cases were low but the cases keep on increasing recently this year so we can't go back to church. I really miss going to the church..

I am a Catholic since birth . My siblings moved to other religion but I stayed in Catholic Church, I planned of moving to other religions too but I thank God I never did. I always think of how beautiful our songs are . The Eucharist, the consecration, the communion and the blessings after the mass. I will continue to stay Catholic because it is beautiful ❤️

I grew up Catholic and went to Catholic school from K-8th grade. I went to Mass 2-3 times a week for about seven years before starting high school. As a child and young person I never felt strongly moved by or connected to my faith and eventually found the dogma and history of the Catholic Church to be rather off putting. Now as an adult, I’ve started exploring my Catholic faith once again and although I identify as agnostic/atheist, I would also say I’m spiritually inclined thanks to my Catholic upbringing. Listening to these hymns, rereading common prayers, and even watching online Mass has brought back a certain kind of comforting familiarity that I wasn’t expecting. I don’t think the logical side of my brain will ever let me truly believe in a higher power or salvation, but admittedly I find comfort in my old memories and in the rituals of the faith. Go figure. 🤷🏽♀️

Was raised Catholic and stepped away from the church in my late teens. I always believed in Jesus but apparently had to go through my own journey to find my way back. I am now looking for a parish. Been listening to Fr. Mike schmitz recently, and I feel closer to God than I have in a long time. I'm nervous because it has been roughly 20 years. I am certain I need to confess. I was also married outside of the catholic church. I hope this doesn't cause a problem. My wife is Christian, though, but struggles with the fact the pope is infallible. I don't want to divide the family but I feel the Catholic Church is my Home. Pray for me.

She may misunderstand the meaning of infallible regarding the pope. It’s not everything he says or does. It’s limited to faith and morals of the believers, I believe.
