The snow in Dec is pretty much the same each year. We only had one afternoon on this trip when the sun popped out. The new lodge however is much, much nicer than the old one.
I did three days at Mica 2 seasons ago, and it was legit. Sure, the lodging was nice, but the terrain and snow were out of this world... It was worth the big bucks to ski what is arguably the best heli operation in BC....
Im so pumped after watching this video! The first Mica episode is my favorite, so for the first episode of the year to be a sequel is AMAZING. The only problem is I still have over 2.5 months left B(

This makes me miss skiing so much ;___; I need to take some time away from work/school/whatever at some point and like... dedicate a year to learning to ski again properly.
I hope I can ski stuff like this one day :) but, for now, I'm stuck in deadmonton where the best hill is 300 feet long :l keep it up salomon! I watch every vid a hundred times :D

Season trips to Mica start in desember, so I'm guessing that this is the 12/13 season.
Marmot isnt to bad, only 4 hours away. The hike out on the south bowl early in the morning is kinda like this before it gets tracked out.
