I've seen em' go both ways. When they are small they do not mess with them, but as they get older and larger they look at that shrimp as a snack sometimes
See how the spots do not go fully vertical the color is slightly more drab and the dark face I’m pretty sure what you have there is a queen coris or Formosa wrasse beautiful when full grown, but not a red coris

I have a yellow coris wrasse, yellow flanked wrasse & melanurus wrasse. Can I add this guy? It's a 220g reef tank with a fine sand bed.
That will be plenty of room for them!
