Hangover the movie isn't korean. if you get a tattoo the artist has rights much like when you buy an album, the company selling has the rights. if you use distribute the contents in the album for money purposes u can get sued. if you get a tattoo and a broadcast shows it, the artist can sue the broadcast company because the tattoo art isn't theirs nor is the person who got it. it's the artists. The movie Hangover got sued by the tattoo artist for showing Mike Tysons tattoos.
That's interesting but that's not the reason they covered up the tattoos here. Koreans really do have a tattoo taboo and are very against showing them in a public broadcast.
