Kalikot District, a part of Karnali province, is one of the seventy-seven districts of Nepal. The district, with Manma as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,741 km², had a population of 105,580 in 2001 and 136,948 in 2011.
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing good. I had started my day 3rd journey of RARA from Surkhet and ends at Kalikot Manma, I have covered all the way from Surkhet to Kalikot in this video watch the video till end and give it a thumbs up if it deserves.
