Puzzle boxes are super cool, but I don’t know how great they are for protecting valuables since many delicate designs such as this one are not created to withstand much damage. As for the price, I’ve just finished designing my first puzzle box and I’m hoping to iron out the final kinks and get it to market this year. The market for these machines isn’t huge, so they’re either a labour of love or pretty expensive. Wow the detail is amazing. The room that pulls out after completing the puzzle is so beautiful, and I love that look and feeling of an old abandoned building along with the outline of pictures that were once hanging on the wall, it looks as if the walls were stained with cigarette smoke and every day pollutants.
I wanted to see the details of the inside 😢 Also, I was hoping, when I just ran across this in the shorts, that it would be more like a miniature building, with more cute recognizable bits. It was the child in me searching for whimsy and magic in a world of math. Oh well, it’s still cool I guess.

It will be a real bitch if you had to use the lights for the puzzle solution - and the batteries go dead - and you have to take apart the box - to replace the batteries, then rebuild, and then start the puzzle solution !
gonna be honest, that price point is ridiculous. it's a really cool puzzle for sure, but for the quality and the fact the customer has to assemble it themselves, the price just feels like a rip off.

Finally we can see the solving and in my case I enjoy a big ice cream. That's the most amazing puzzle box and the hidden compartment is so huge.
The compartment is really huge. I had to put something inside as a reward. Maybe a can of beer can fit. 😁
