Nice gasket fabrication! You are a brave soul to cut up that sheet metal without leather work gloves. Those edges are razor sharp.

The video title made me think this was an April fools joke! I gotta check my own firewall for holes fumes are getting in through.

My mind must be in a bad place because as soon as someone mentions toxic exhaust fumes in an enclosed area I am reminded of a friend who must have eaten food that did not agree with him. 😊

The gloves don't last forever, but they really do help save your hands and fingers. As far as getting glue on them, blame it on being high. 🙂

LOL, Bob Ross just turned over in his grave! A little happy glue here, and little happy glue there........and Jeff might look better with a Mullet then an Afro. Thanks for sharing, never gave this upgrade a thought before.

😂😂 I loved the Jeff Ross (or was that the Bob Ford?) insert! That made me chuckle out loud! Something that's unusual for me being that I'm a broken down old fat man that's been around for quite a while! 😂😂. Oh, and nice fabrication job that!! No one can call you a fabri-cobbler! 😂

What is the exact source of the exhaust fumes? Is it an exhaust manifold leak?

Thanks for the tip about doing this work before the engine is installed. We will move our hood on our Cougar. Adding that paint is a step up in a professional looking job. Thanks for the video. Looking forward to your next video.

When you use drill bits they will be dual when you use them to drill. Next you will be using a center punch for a drill bit.
