For people who has a version lower than 1.2.0, you can just skip step 5 and do fuse entanglement by fusing a fan to a shield, the tutorial is in the description, after you succeeded, do the same as the video shows from 9:57 onwards!

1.Don´t kill the Phantom Ganon at the Sanctum because the glitch will stop working, but you can kill the phantom ganon that spawns after kill gloom hands!
2. If you have already completed the Crisis at Hyrule Castle mission, the glitch won´t work..
3. To uncull, teleport to anywhere, if you gave up on the fuse entanglement phase and don´t uncull, then if you just load the save, you will actually provoke a glitch called Model teleport desync, but restarting the game should fix this so no worries.
4. @TheBabbleBox: If the phantom ganon fight hasnt been done, but all the army fights (including likelikes) are…. Are you too far advanced for this glitch?
Yes, unfortunately, one of the requisite is that you have to go to sactum and ascend from a wing to provoke autosave there (when Ganondorf is not there yet), if you have beaten all the monsters, as soon as you get there, Phantom Ganon will appear and you will not be able to provoke autosave.
5. If you don´t have a molduga jaw when doing this glitch, it´s ok, just fuse something else to it, you can later unfuse and fuse. But it´s important to make it have only one durability.

@@aerdynoboboi9011 at which step you do that exactly? As long as you have not completed the mission you should be able to do this
if you kill phantom ganon in 1.2.1 version will the glitch go away?? or is it just for people that have versions that are below 1.2.0??
@@coolangel0 hi, if you kill the phantom ganon at the sanctum the glitch will go away, and this applies to all versions, not just 1.2.1
This reminds me of some old school point and click adventures where you would have to do some random illogical steps to progress, but this has way more reward 😅

@@ArtemisWasHere The sword shouldn’t be the most powerful in the game but it shouldn’t be breakable. It should be a trusty weapon to have as a backup but there would still be numerous weapons which either had better base stats or had better unique attributes like how gerudo weapons double powe when fused or how royal weapons are more powerful in flurry rush etc. The durability of the sword with lord context makes no sense. I personally think it should have been set so that the fused item breaks but not the master sword but that’s just me

A lot of the videos people are putting out for gameplay enhancing are nice. However, I haven’t seen anyone do as good of a job as you do! 16:41 I think I know why this happens: During a Phantom Ganon fight (both at the sanctum and after killing gloom hands elsewhere) as well as being near gloom hands, your master sword does not lose any durability when using the master sword (no it is not that its durability set back to max, it just doesn't deplete on use). I was wondering why I can use it more than 3 times after the "low on energy" message was showing with the icon flashing red when being at Gerudo Dark Skeleton (at -4529, -3707, -0481). This is probably to prevent the weapon from being a joke on fighting a major boss.
And yes, the critical hit happening at every strike since it is basically stuck at 1 durability point also applies here as well.
I think the one in the Sanctum is a scripted boss, that will cause the master sword to be disabled from losing durability, no matter where Link is at unlike the phantom Ganon elsewhere, since the latter Link isn't trapped into a boss arena.
Yes, totally right, I think the final Ganon Fight produces the same effect of disabling the Master Sword from losing durability. But right now there is no way to get the MS out from that scene lol

This is a great explanation vid, but I gotta ask. Does this mean you can’t ever finish the “Crisis at Hyrule Castle” main quest since otherwise the effect will disappear? Kinda obvious question but it wasn’t pointed out in the video. I guess the catch here is _”It’s permanent as long as you keep this one quest on hold”._ Is that correct?
Yes, I mean as long as you keep that quest on hold, after you clear the four regional phenomena, you should be able to get the sword any time later

@@pnut3844able You mean you have finished the crisis at hyrule quest? if you have done it you won´t be able to do this glitch because it requires the quest to be unbeaten, The state of the master sword does not affect the quest I think.

hey bro, my game keeps autosaving everytime I go to a new place. How did you stop yours from autosaving?
20:31 well, that would be problematic if you farm consumable resources (from enemies). Once all enemies in the game world are gone, well... yeah, it's exhausted. I have a feeling this is to prevent resetting the boss as learned on the final boss from the previous game. Same goes with the Rock Octoroks, once all of them are killed or fixed your equipment, there's no way to fix them except for replacement, if you didn't kill all other enemies with the desired weapon.
Yeaah it also brings a lot of "problems" so maybe creeps exist for a reason...

Is activating the shrine part of the glitch sequence? What if I have the shrine already activated/already is a waypoint on my map? All the rest of the requirements I have met (4 phenomenon cleared, crisis quest not done yet, etc..)
It can already be activated before, so you are fine!
Just wanted to update everyone. I’ve had this glitched sword for a while. It still works great! I know there are a few other similar videos out there. Yang Gaming is the best one in my opinion! I’m not going to lie…. It’s not the easiest glitch to perform. But once you succeed,it is definitely worth it!! You will not need any other swords or spears! Heck you really won’t need bows or shields either! This weapon mows your enemies ( even the strongest bosses) down with ease! It allows you to enjoy the game’s story without always searching for a new weapon. Yang Gaming was always there for help, advice and encouragement during the process of working through this glitch. I would have given up without his continuous support! I strongly encourage everyone to get this sword… it enhances the game’s experience 100x at least!

From what I know, you use GAS warping to warp from the minigame state to phantom ganon boss fight, then the npc’s text unlocks warping so you warp to lookout landing, I think I got all of that right

AWESOME! I have a question, when you spawn in the sanctum every time after this, is your progress from after this saved, or is it at the state that is was when that autosave initially happened? Also, if you force an autosave after this process so that you don't always spawn in the sanctum, does the master sword lose it's infinite durability? Also, do you have to do this with the mastersword at 1 durability, or did you just do that so that it always has critical hits?
Your progress after this will be saved, its just that you will be teleported to the sanctum every time because the game thinks you are fight Phantom Ganon. You can´t force an autosave, you are inside the sanctum and all the doors are closed, besides you can´t take out any zonai divice. Lastly, you do that with 1 durability so that it always has critical hits, yes.

hi, after you have succeded, then you save and restart the game, from that point on, you can go into cull state withouth problem

Yep, you can´t finish it because it´s part of the sanctum script, the game thinks you are still fighting ganon in the sanctum...
After 100 times attempting i have finally done it, the first time i was about to do it i was caught by the red moon that restarted everything, 2 second time about to finish the process i was caught by a storm and got killed because the shield and sword were equiped, and the 3 time i while running in the Hyrule castle field a phantom ganon hads attacked me and since i couldn use Y i had to run like crazy using stamins potion.. jeje

Yes, the glitch gets cancelled after beating the Phantom Ganon in the Sanctum. If you skip the sanctum and go straight to the Ganon´s cave, you will have to beat Phantom Ganon anyway so again it will be cancelld. But the phantom ganon that appear after you defeat the gloom hands can be beaten.
So somehow this doesn't work for me :/ I'm stuck at the part where I need to fuse the fan to my shield. Though in the split second I have, the menu to fuse doesn't pop up, as in the Fuse ability works, but the ZL button prompt to fuse doesn't show.
Edit: So I somehow managed to do it after placing a bunch of fans and getting right next to them. Though while getting back to Hyrule Castle I died and now have to do it all over again :<

since we can’t fight phantom ganon in the sanctum, what if he pops up at the end of the demon kings army? can we kill him then? to progress to the ganondorf fight?
Hi, if we kill Phantom Ganon in the pit, I think the effect of the sword is lost too, but I have never teleported out after entering final Ganondorf fight, so I am not sure
I’m having trouble with the like-like. Either it eats my control stick without me on it or it eats the stick with me on it and spits me out. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Could I have accidentally hit Y or ZL when fighting the monster squads in the castle? Thanks for the video BTW! Update: I finally got that part to work… going to take a little practice for the rest of the it though!😂😂 Also, can you save in between segment of the glitch?
Congrats on the success of the like like contro stick cull! I believe it’s better to do it all with out save in between, because when you save and load, a lot of things are reset. The last save should be before the like like 👍

Im at the part when you fuse entangle with the fan but when i get it the fan dissappears. Does this have the same affect as it coming to your position, or do i need to keep trying?

Whats the Greatest damage scenario? Evil spirts armor for bone binus and moduga jaw, With attach up meal?
I think it´s what you say, but if we take as valid ice-break damage, then it would be frost gleeok horn + attack armor/attack up meal + ice-break, that would be (60+30)*2(last hit)*1.5(meal or armor)*3(ice break) = 900 damage which is insane
Hey while doing the glitch if you're perfect on the timing with the fuse ability you can get the Fan labeled without the blue thingy. (Edit) My - and + button stopped working mid glitch

When I use ascend the cull state dissapears and when I try to fuse the fan when I get the full state right the fan will not entangle
hi if Link does not disappear after you ascend, then you should make sure you ascended from the same spot as the one in the video!
So can you not progress the story past this point if you get the sword this way?
Yeah, because the game thinks you are fighting Phantom Ganon, if you defeat him I think it no longer works (the glitch). Although the rest of the story is just to beat Ganondorf (final boss) if I remember correctly.

I think there is no such glitches at the moment, maybe later we can find some of that type..
after you get the sword incvincible, what would happen if you killed phantom gannon and completed the quest?
the sword would stop being invincible...

You can continue to manual save, just keep in mind don´t defeat the phantom ganon in the sanctum

When fusing with the shield it adds it to the inventory. Am I doing it too late early
I think it´s because you did it too early in this case.
I keep trying to fuse entangle my shield but every 10 or so attempts the fuse menu will break (the fan comes to me but the shield doesnt fuse) and it freezes my game and i cannot acces the menu to watch a memory again. making me have to do the whole thing over again :(
sorry, yes this can cause softlock which is what happend...
Actually the Master Sword doesnt deal double Damage, it actually only deals 45 when in awakened State, it deals still around the same ammount thiufh

It does do double damage but it's considered a separate state reserved for only the strongest like Phantom Ganon and Ganondorf himself
The one you're talking about which does 45 damage is the state for gloom enemies

yeah the state is permanent as long as you don´t deafeat the phamton ganon at the Sanctum

Cool looking forward to your next video. This sword is so much fun! I’m just cruising around on my hover bike..exploring things. Interesting note. My hover bike never despawns! My batteries are maxed out. I wear the Zonai armor. I just land recharge and keep going. Is it possible that you inadvertently found another glitch by doing the sword glitch!?!? If so, double congrats!!
@@nick39Yes this sword is imba! About the fact that the hover bike doesn´t despawn, I think they are not supposed to, fans and control sticks don´t despawn unlike wings. So I guess no new glitch found haha

Step 6, is incredibly time based. I either fuse it too early, or fuse it too late, I just have to keep trying!
Yes, according to the glitch finders, you have to press ZL 18 frame after you let go of the L button, which is like 0.5 second because Tears of The Kingdom runs at 30 FPS if I am not wrong.

@@Wolfer9000 Yeah that happened for me a lot, I kept trying for a couple days and eventually got it, still hasn’t broken
@@Wolfer9000yes, it´s so easy to get hardlocked when you press fuse too late, so better press it a little bit earlier, even if you fail, just destroy the fused material and watch a memory again.
but still it´s extremely difficult
I can perform the like like trick, but when I go back up, I am not going into the cull state, any suggestions?
when that happens, try going back to the towncenter a little and walk out again, kind of walking around to provoke the cull state. It should somehow make Link disappear, if not, try the like like trick again...

I realised my earliest save file is already after the silver moblin, I’ve killed the three like likes, is it still worth a try? Maybe only killing phantom ganon triggers whatever stops the cull state
I think it´s ok, because as long as you have not finished the crisis at hyrule castle quest this should work. Besides, the liklikes will respawn after bloodmoon. Lastly, I think the cull state is indenpendent of having killed phantom ganon or not, so I guess you just need to try more times.@@ezmoss26

I have another question.😂 I progress all the to view a memory. It will not give me the option to skip it. I watch the whole thing. Then, when I try to fuse, it gets stuck there. I have tried to teleport back to Lookout Landing.. however, Link is not entangled with the fan. When I go back to where the fan was dropped, it’s gone. Any suggestions of what I’m doing wrong? I’ve even tried equipping the shield first then trying to drop the fan. I’m perplexed! Even though I’ve been unsuccessful, I still think you’re the greatest!
I think that you watching the whole thing is fine. If when you try fuse, the fan disappears instead of being transported to Link´s position, it means that you have not succeeded, you will have DEFUSE THE FAN FROM THE SHIELD, take out another fan, use recall, watching a memory... etc, repeat the whole process. Or you can just load the save where you are in front the likelike, but that will be much lower...
But do you see that the fan went to where Link was at? this is a important thing because it implies that you have fuse entangled.
@@yanggaming3642 I get back to Lookout Landing. When I go through the process…. Should I go out of the inventory to drop the fan then back in to equip the shield? Your video has you selecting fan then moving on to equip the shield. When I do it that way there is no fan. When I do it the I’m doing it, the fan is there. However, when I watch the memory it doesn’t give me the+ sign to skip. I therefore have to watch the whole memory. Then when I exit. I see Link and the fan in recall. When I press L and fuse, Link disappears but is still in the same position with a blue fuse going to the fan. ZL and Y are both shown as options. No buttons will function at this point. I tried teleporting to Lookout Landing… return to the fan but it’s gone since it was never fused. I think I just don’t have your smooth talent!🙂 I’m going to keep trying though… I very badly want that sword!!😁
@@nick39 1. Yes, you have to drop a fan!
2. If the "+" sign doesn´t show up, press A, Y, B, X and "+" keys multiple times, this will make it appear on the screen.
3. After you exit the memory abnd see Link and the fan in recall, and you press L and choose fuse, you have to press ZL really quick, otherwise you will see that you can´t do anything because buttons no longer work, if you want to make them work again, watch a memory again, but watching a memory only gives you like 0.3 seconds to do anything, so make sure you fuse the fan to the shield quickly.

you can, but you will have less damage as the crit hit should dissapear, but I believe the glowing should stay

totk link should be jealous cause you can get 10 shot bow of light more than 8000 damage if you pare it up with attack buffs

don´t make an auto save at the door! if you died mid glitch, it´s better to reload the save where you stand before the likelike!
The fan disappeared when infused don't know if that still works out or do I need to do it again

you can save after turning invisible, but if you load the save, you will have to get eaten again, so better save in front the likelike.
on the other hand
don´t kill the Phantom Ganon at the Sanctum, but you can kill the phantom ganon that spawns after kill gloom hands!

@@yanggaming3642 i gave up doing it and went to go get the zonaite armor when i discovered that the cull glitch has side effects over the entire save file, if you mess it up bad enough, it causes permanent damage where link stays still when paragliding but tulin and the camera dont
@@REDACTED.O5-13 it´s so good that you said this, I learned that if you don´t restart the game instead you just load the save, you will actually provoke a glitch called Model teleport desync, but restarting the game should fix this.

At the moment there is no other way to get it, the quest must remain incompleted, maybe people will find other ways to do it in the future...

So is this stronger than my msg or not? My msg has 1 durability molduga jaw and +10 attack. And ive got phantom armor (or whatever its renamed to in this game)
yes, it is actually stronger, because it has only one durability left forever so it does double base damage, also it´s glows which doubles its damage

Yea, you need to have a molduga jaw to reach that damage!
@@yanggaming3642 Don't forget to mention the Attack Up Level 3 Food Buff and either the Radiant Set upgraded twice or the Phantom Ganon set!

yeah, I believe so, one of the requisite is that you have to go to sactum and ascend from a wing to provoke autosave there (when Ganondorf is not there yet), if you have beaten all the monsters, as soon as you get there, Phantom Ganon will appear and you will not be able to provoke autosave.
Yeaaa I figured! I just opted to restart the game-- the “phenomena” quartet doesnt take too long to redo…. And having a indestructible master sword is a vibe and worth re-doing it for haha

So if you want to continue through the fight and give up the unbreakable master sword, how would you do that? The autosave is at the fight, so it seems like you can't keep your progress after doing this glitch and still continue normally with the story if you decide to after.

I wish there was one that didn’t lock me from 100%, it’s so annoying to be locked out of 100% completion. Still a fair trade for a 60 damage unbreakable lightsaber😅

not really, you can do the steps to get the true ending, it´s just that you should not defeat the phantom ganon at the sanctum because your sword will stop being unbreakable!
Nice video for a cool glitch but if you already have a "true" Msg_Not_Found, don't throw it to trash. It's way better than this sword.
First, this glitched master sword lock a quest you'll need to finish in order to get the 100%. But if you finish the quest, your master sword is back to normal.
Second, at each start of your game, it's annoyingly teleport you and take the place of the original master sword. Not the Msg.
Third, the Msg was possibly fused with material but far better, with a fused weapon (like a "1-hit before break" Royal guard Claymore with your favorite monster part).
Okay those glitches are not possible anymore but the results of these are way better in therms of stats and confort.
The only two problems was that the previous have not the blue effects of this one and that we can't defuse the msg.
Long story short, don't drop your msg if it's one of those.

Did you drop the durability to 1? You have to do that before doing the glitch

At this point, for this and other ridiculously absurd glitches that require you to even restart new play through for a couple more diamonds, it really is better to go emulating the game on PC. I’ve seen people get the permanently awakened master sword, 999 items and 4K +60fps… Beats every single stupid glitch process any day

It´s true that if you´ve got a almost 100% save, it would be so painful to get rid of it. However, I think there are still people who have not got time to complete the game and this tutorial might be useful to them. Even if you have completed the game, I think trying this powerful weapon can be a fun experience.
