I want to do one of these practices every night before bed. It doesn't take any longer than scrolling through my feed one more time, but it's much better at helping me get ready for sleep.
I just drove 500 miles, through 2 time zones, and I did this practice in my hotel room. It worked to unwind me from the road and I am ready for a restful night...and drive 500 more miles tomorrow. Thank you April
