Commenting in aug 2024 here, the green thing is a scraper, it’s used for a traditional Chinese medicine technique called Gua Sha. You basically scrape the skin, it forces the stagnant blood out of the area to promote increased circulation. Really useful for breaking up scar tissue and adhesions(knots). Commonly used with massage therapy.
