You need to try a fast round bailer. There is a moded one I use all the time. I think kaboda also has one.

it dont look like to me that the lawn mower you used to cut those to new crops cut them properly looks like it just cut tips of the plants or is that all it's supposed to use for hay

I’m not convinced that silage additives gives you 5 % extra. Giants has a history of inflating numbers so in practical gameplay it might be closer to 2 or 3 %
