So did they compensate for the curvature of earth when they built this pool? We are told water curves with the earth. I would guess no they did not, because the water is level and flat not curved.
I swam a length here in 2010 in 21 minutes. I tried to do so again in 2016 but was stopped. Previously a child had drowned, so the pool is now called a boating lake. I was very sad to hear of the drowning and not being able to swim a length. One can only swim in roped off areas,
This would have been so cool if they kept it a swimming pool. But... someone always has to ruin it. Now, it's not cool at all. It's restrictive and hand cuffed and Soooo boring
@@michaelturner7949 Because of one moronic parent... not attending to their child... It ruins it for everyone. Rip to the child. BUT... the parents' stupidity shouldn't ruin it for everyone els.

About 8 feet deep nearly all over.
