    Yeah, calling bs on the zen requirement, unless cliff jumpers doing it for the first time are friggin' bohdi from point break... As to the rest, thanks, gotta try that out, I had my adenoids removed as a kid, thought it was due to that, likely just not doing enough of a diaphragm deep breath I hope. Always goes up my nose and makes it into my throat. I can swim otherwise ok, not great, but not horrible, alot of days at the Y as a kid. Hope this is the trick to not having to use some silly nose plug, or hold it anymore..

      Thanks for your comment. I would encourage you to approach the relaxation process with an open mind > we have used this method to teach thousands of adults to swim with a 99% success rate... this includes adults with EXTREME aquaphobia.
