I wish our schools taught language classes. It should be compulsory to learn either Garifuna, Ketchi or the Maya language. Let's not loose our identity as Belizeans.
I belive purtoricans also spoke this language and we should learn it as well now how true that is I don't know but I feel the music in my soul and I'm happy I ran in to this song wish I knew what it ment
The first summer when they were offering it, they cancelled the class because not enough people signed up. I tried to sign up for that and the Ketchi class, same thing. Maybe they resumed it. I definitely need to check.
