I went to a demo like this at Ft Bragg years ago with SF and Rangers. It wasn’t an open to the public thing but one of my friends was SF Brass and got us in. Totally awesome time. God Bless our folks in Uniform that are defending and protecting us all( including my son) We are a stronger country because of warriors like these.

You're Right Infrantry does but special forces and especially Delta has everything these guys have and more. There is a huge skill level as well as a school in Arizona you must go through to use the square ones. The round ones are static line and that school is in GA. I wouldnt swear to it but those guys look like leapfrogs which is the Navy version. The Army has the exact same thing the knights. Parachute demo teams.

We were using T10 until 5 years ago and started using T11 chutes, which means you come down faster and carry more weight and use a 5 point contact roll to keep from hurting yourself. We use static lines they use HALO/ HAHO freefall chutes. There is a difference.

It was definitely geared toward kids. Although having the helos right overhead was surprisingly cool...I was shocked that they did that given today's litigious culture.

When I was the OIC at AUTEC I could look out of my office and see the SEALS practice this on the base

The golden knights jump team (US. Army) has parachutes like the seals leap frogs.. just like Delta Force and any other ops teams
