No perfect pitch (unfortunately) or transcription software, but I do have my BM and MM in classical guitar performance so I've gotten plenty of training in music theory, aural skills, music reading, guitar playing, etc... I've always enjoyed reading and writing music just a little bit more than actually playing it!
