To make your money worth it, you must at least train 6 months before heading to Thailand for Muay Thai Training as the trainers in Thailand didn't border to make correction if you don't know the basics especially in this case to your round kick ! We normally train muay thai in Thailand after the students are at intermediate level.

I did Muay Thai every time when I travel to Thailand. I did consecutively five day straight. After eight sessions of MT, I lost 2 kgs and my abd looks super flat and firm. When I looked into the mirror, I looked smaller
