    Material
    One udon noodle.
    One yolk.
    1 cup of beef.
    the white part of the green onion

    Cooking oil
    Pepper
    1/2 spoon of sugar
    1/2 spoon of minced garlic
    1/2 spoon of the head of the head.
    1/2 spoon of oyster sauce
    a spoonful of cooking wine
    1 spoon of thick soy sauce.
    1 spoon of Tzuyu.
    1/2 spoon of chili oil
    How to make it
    1. Cut chives and green onions into small pieces.
    2. Put cooking oil in a pan, 1 cup of pork, pepper and stir-fry.
    3. When the meat is cooked, add 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic, 1/2 spoon of Dubanjang, 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of Mirim, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry.
    4. Boil water in a pot and boil udon noodles.
    5. Remove the noodles and mix them with 1 spoon of tsuyu and 1/2 spoon of red pepper oil.
    6. Place meat, green onion, chives, seaweed, katsuobushi, and yolk on top of noodles.
