I don't think Lou had a change of heart during the end. He was definitely ready to go. I believe he just didn't want to be killed by Raq and or Marvin. To be killed by Raq is to be killed by the person he hates most and to be killed by Marvin would be getting killed by someone he loves. But also it would be a final dig of Raq getting her way at the expense of everyone else.
Nobody finds it odd that kanan has zero fear towards ronnie? His only worry is that ronnie might hurt someone else but not himself. Maybe he's naive & doesn't know any better.
@CR_22 that makes sense. Ronnie's soft spot for kanan makes him seem a little less one dimensional but it also humanizes him and makes him less intimidating .
Don't think he'll get clean in the south.Most cats went down south and got in trouble there.Gangsters do gansta ish wherever they are.Same as alcoholics.
