Okay, as I am typing, I haven't watched the whole thing yet.... Would like to have a segment of " What now, that I have bought property". This would be for people who have already bought and never had an opportunity to come across the "dos and don'ts" like this
This chat made me realise this whole time I saved for attorney fees and not a deposit. Also realised saving didn't increase my affordability but the opposite happened because while I was saving. The value of property went up. I actually afford places that no longer meet my preference. Feels like I should have just bought and not saved
So wish, you can help us as individuals mybe sessions kind of a thing. I'll be buying a house soon and sometimes the thought of it gives me Anxiety and I really want to focus and learn a lot from this journey.
this is quite informative 💕 I feel like you talking to me, because am on my late 20s and am constantly stressing myself on having a decent fully furnished apartment with modern funiture n lapho am still struggling to secure a career kutsi nje it's a lot 😔
Great topic, thank you ladies... It's interesting how I was so under pressure at some point wanting to buy property but almost all the time when I do the calculations Ithe answer is I can't afford. It was heavy on me until I accepted that I'm better off paying someone else's bond (to have a roof over my head) than having to stress and be depressed inside the property I can't afford for years & years. I have so much peace now
A particular bank offered me best interest rate and also offered me a further discount on interest and cash back, the catch is I’ll have to move my main account to them. Is it possible to jump into the offer and change back to my old bank once transfers are done?
I’m currently reading her book I’m definitely manifesting a 2 bedroom this year 😅🥹
I hope you enjoy the book! Siya manifesta and it shall be bandla! 🕯❤

I wish Zama could open a consiltany of some sort to assist in contracts and NEGOTIATIONS because this thing is tricky. You can easily miss something
Amazing and informative episode, thank you Mapalo and Zamantungwa❤
I now feel better about the empty space 😂, we moved into our new house in 2022, thought it would be fully furnished by now, but it's taking time.
I love this!! We really do have a lot to celebrate as black women in property!!1

And trust me, you've made the best decision for yourself and your finances. This is better than being a prisoner of a bond

Love herr,great advice ❤
How do you get two properties at the same time? What do they look into?
It's the same process as buying one. You can buy as many properties as you want, simultaneously, as long as you can afford them.
Thank you Mapalo , such an informative episode. Love you lots
Thank you sis ❤❤❤

Why not just stick with them as they are offering you the most value?
That friend was important 😅 necessary
Love your work ❤ Let me be the first to say 😊
Thank you 🤗🤗🤗
Hi Sisi. Where can I get this book?❤
It’s available at Exclusive Books
Takealot also have it
I’m ordering it now as I’m watching.
I’m planning on buying a property soon.
😢renting out isn't passive at all. It's a lot of work! It's not for the faint hearted
Is it not helpful to use property managers ? I’m looking at buying property but I’m out of the country.
