My life is now complete that Voldo has won Evo air humping his opponent to the stratosphere. I've been trolling friends with that move since 2002. Even when I'd lose, "Yeah, you beat me, but you're scarred for life."
This is an accurate description of how I feel when I go up against a Voldo
Aris has won with Voldo a few times. If im not mistaken, so... There has been someone scarring people with the thrust of destiny for quite some time now.

Soul Calibar at its finest. The fact he won with voldoo is amazing he's an amazing character. One of the greatest competitive fighting games of its time still awesome. Rivals Mortal Kombat as one of the greatest, many hours spent standing at the arcade playing soul calibar years upon years now lol. Did I say arcade, how old am I haha. Mitsurugi was always one of my favs like voldoo.

@@iGrimmzy Sternkrieger I mean you're not just wrong, but you're empirically wrong based on current ranked and tournament data. He's only "busted" when people like you refuse to learn the match up and would rather tilt and power off than spend the time learning.
@@willemdafoe171 not playing the game and not planning to do so. But seeing blue play anzwel showed me there is not much to learn. He used only like 2-4 different movesets lol. And if that is enough to get you to finals. This character must be busted.
Any new fans watching this and interested, you should definitely pick the game up right away. The game's really fun and underrated.

@@tgo007 Because he's kinda hard to learn, and he has weird moves as it stands. I don't play Voldo but that's my inference. Voldo mains feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
@@tgo007 soulcalibur is very balance and every character is viable but voldo is on the lower side compared to azwel. Yuttoto is the only voldo player to consistently do well with him.

The last SC I played was SC2 on GameCube, this was awesome to watch oh the memories, Voldo was my favorite character as well, glad he won the whole thing, the other guy was always disrespecting.

Last time I played Soul Calibur was years ago on the PS3 of a friend of mine, it was Soul Calibur 4. Can someone explain me how the armor works? I see in many videos fighters loosing their clothes :^)

Yes. Easy to learn mechanics, deep customization. If you're more technical and like to study go for Tekken. If you want something simpler but still want an extremely fun fighter, get soul Calibur.

THIS WAS SO HYPE! AND I LOVE THE COMMENTATORS WE WERE ALL GETTING SO INTO IT AND THEY PERFECTLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AND WERE SO HYPE. i dont play the game and i felt like i completely understood what was happening thanks to them.

Those 2 specofically are passionate about Soul so I understand their hype. It was also Grand Finals. Commentators bring part of the hype in these situations
@@jacolbyjack they do not bring any hype when they are talking over each other. There are a ton of commentators in the fgc who bring the hype and let each other talk.

TrolaOmega Yup, they’re the only mainline game with their top 8 on Friday, so they had to do the entire tournament in one day. I don’t envy the players.

It had 700+ entrants. EVO just wanted to give them the prime slot on Friday. They're running 4 Top 8's today. And 4 on Sunday.
Plus BlazBlue X Tag has less entrants than Soul Calibur, but they have a Sunday slot. Probably because they have an announcement planned.
