I just had an eargasim.
The solos in this whole album are simply amazing, along with the lyrical depth and just the unique sound of every song. Vocals are great, guitars are brilliant, it's just an overall very good album, it's what the genre needed for a very long time.
And A LOT of Gothic and Industrial influence. Like Fear Factory, Manson, NiN, A LOT of Combichrist and Psyclon Nine as well.

This is not a bad album at all, but this is not why I started liking the band, and even though it's not bad music I'm still sad that they've moved away from they're metalcore beginnings as much as they have. Great song, glad it's not like the other marylin sounding songs on this album.

I love how the chorus has a HIM vibe to it. Couple that with how they show their other influences on the album. In Infamous, and Devil's Night. With Korn and Slipknot, respectively. That's just to name a few, but I love this mature sound, and how they present it as well... Through multiple influences.. TL;DR Fucking amazing album, regardless of how much their sound changed.
The reason you like their debut album first is because you heard it first. Trust me, you'll see once you get older.

With this song this band has fulfilled it's potential to me. Mixing post punk melody with post hardcore. The industrial stuff is pretty good too but this world needs more dark pop right now.

I don't understand why so many people are complaining about this Album. They say it's a rip off of Slipknot and Marilyn Manson. wtf? They were probably inspirated, this isn't a rip off, besides, I don't really make the connections. I mean, this is Mothionless in White ffs, not something else. And I love that they changed their music like this, I loved the earlier stuff, but this is amazing as well.
