The only useful thing that worked for me on kde connect is clipboard sync, but it’s not always reliable.

Yes the developers of kde connect prioritize linux over windows. The linux version is way better.

Glad you also mentioned Microsoft PowerToys which has two components - Powertoys Run which functions like the popup launcher and Peek which is a mini previewer.
As an aside, could you please consider adding Chapters to your videos so it's easier to navigate ?

Thanks so much! I always aim to show unique ways to use software by highlighting lesser-known features or combining different apps for more useful workflows. I’m currently balancing an important year of high school, which takes up a lot of my time and energy. Because of that, you might notice less editing in upcoming videos, but I’ll make sure the content’s value remains high. Stay tuned!

I'm from the north of middle east, I recognized the arabic language in some of your videos.
OK so about what I like from your content, I like discovering new open source and free apps for productivity or customization for windows to make windows well more like a fun os to use daily apps such as fluent search or flow launcher u can't live without them after using one or nilesoft shell
I know you may say ok there's a lot other channels do the same but you give underrated apps a chance like screenbox a vlc reskin I was looking for this for decades
So what u can do to enhance your content
Put the program name on the video while giving a pause before showcasing the other program because I always don't know where you start and when you end the showcase of one of the programs
And maybe put chapters in the video so we can navigate easier
And just keep it open source or trusted programs and keep google and Microsoft garbage away from your videos
And that's it if u keep it like that u may go up
And I'd like to see more customization apps to mimic features on Mac and Linux etc

    • @Rayen74
      @Rayen74  27 дней назад

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve noticed a few comments about separating sections better, so I’ll definitely work on giving a clearer pause and labels between apps. I also started adding chapters to help with navigation.
I don’t plan to feature open-source apps in every video, but I’ll always make sure to include trusted programs. When you say “Google or Microsoft garbage,” are you referring to their apps like Word or Google Docs?
I’ve got a part 2 for macOS features on Windows planned, and I’m also working on a video about Linux features on Windows. But not any time soon. Which one would you be more excited to see first?

What I meant by Google and Microsoft garbage is their programs tracking and disrespecting for user privacy
It doesn't have to be only Microsoft and Google stuff, every program that doesn't respect their users is included.
Do the Mac one first I really like mac features but don't like using it as daily so bringing Mac features onto windows is something cool
I was wondering if there's a way to get Mac's minimize animation on windows
BTW not all Microsoft stuff are garbage neither are Google
For example powertoys is an open source program from Microsoft team themselves

Hello 👋 Thanks for the comment! I totally get that-Windows isn’t perfect, and if you prefer a specific OS, stick to what works for you. Some people just can’t afford a Mac. Some people prefer windows and they have been using it for years and can’t simply switch, but they still want those cool macOS features. Plus, with Windows holding 70% of the market share, it’s clear a lot of people are still sticking with it.
