Right on, I ended up pivoting over to 4 other classes/builds to test out what was new. I just did an updated PTR video. About to put out a build guide for Season 6 Freezing Heartseeker. There is end game footage on that one.
All res can be capped a few different ways. You can Put all res on two pieces and use ring slots for the other res cap, there is also some in paragon points I put in. Or you can get two main res on the gear and the other three in rings and amulets. Then masterwork to 12/12. I just did an updated guide for Season 6 PTR. Its clearing all the way to end game T4 content. Victimize is back unless they decide to nerf it. Hopefully not. But feels great going back to Vulnerable. Pretty Tanky
There is a Subterfuge Temper that has %DMG to Dark Shroud. I just made a Season 6 PTR video over Freezing Heartseeker in End game content. Hope to see you there

Great build, but how do you get 70% all res??

Doesn’t cold imbue give you a chance to make things vulnerable?
yes, but Heartseeker is not imbueable so you can make use of imbues

I was able to take the old damage and bring it up to around 2-15mil a hit with the new uniques and changes. Posting a video soon.
Our of curiosity, how is this fairing in the infernal horde mode? I feel like this is lacking in aoe and might suffer in that mode
