I once spent two hours in a car giving Mike a lift to Sorefingers. He was very nice, we stopped and had coffee in a cafe and I played him some Tom Paley.
Thanks Sarah Jarosz and Mike Marshall for this great tune! Does anyone know what the title (Mansinneedof) means? It sounds a bit like Nordic, or Dutch, or backwards, ..., I just can't figure it out. Thanks!
Omg. Who’d have thought two mandolins together could sound so good? Love Sarah.
Amazing!
Outstanding!!.. gorgeous tones....
The greatest smiles all along, two hearts beating as one in bliss. That´s pure love. Thank you very very much!
track 4 on her original album, I think she was still a teenager then, amazing.

Brilliant!
AWESOME!!!
What a fine harmony !!! Majestic...
Wow!

Love both of there playing ,but I've always wondered how Mike can play so well with those massive fingers on such a small instrument.
Have you seen Ricky Skaggs play? He has hands the size of canned hams and fingers like Polish sausages. Yet is as dexterous on the mando as anybody.
Practice😉
on a mandolin its not the strings you hold down its the strings you pick. practice picking the strings u want
Well I have four of them. It’ll make a nice bonfire.
They can make those Northfields sing!

There are those who play for heaven..but I am so thankful for the crumbs

Excuse me for a minute while I throw away my mandolin...
The correct reaction is to pick it up joyfully, and play more.
😃
Completely unbelievable with which sleepwalking security is played here.
not sure the words totally cool really cover it
