Hi John. I’m happy you like my videos. When I compete I’m usually about 266 lbs at 5’10” Right now I’m down to 254 lbs. My next major competition is in St. George, Utah in May of 2025 called The World Strength Games. If you google it it’ll come up. Cheers 🙏😃
Can you offer personal training sessions to seniors and others? Perhaps charge $25 to $30 per hour or whatever a competitive rate might be in Edmonton.
