      rajput Sialkot cheers mate. Im still driving hc. Haven't needed to upgrade as I've stayed with the same company ever since learning. How did u find learning to reverse a double compared to a single?

      Yeh mate always remember the sound front the big dual aftermarket pipes! It had the 12 apeed manual in it too so u could blip the throttle between gear changes. Sounded awesome

      The new era Scania v8 is so quiet with all the exhaust treatment garbage. Its rear to hear a v8 truck these days.

    If you crank it over quicker at the start, you can straighten up earlier and see the trailer in your mirror after you have turned the corner

    • @loco1j
      @loco1j  3 года назад +1

      Yeh man learnt that over the next couple of times. Was still fresh back then with blind side back ups

      @@loco1j if I had plenty of room in the yard I would reverse blind side even if I didn't have to just for the practice. It dose help if you use the same size trailer all the time. The longer ones don't come round as easy. They take alot more work, but mostly I just used the standard length. They are very predictable

    • @loco1j
      @loco1j  3 года назад +1

      @@richie6921 100% . I swapped trailers all the time. Axle spacing makes a massive diffence too. One was a 24pallet pan with super tight axle spacing and had an pallet space overhang. U had to watch tight spots with the arse slap!

      @loco1j  3 года назад +1

      @@richie6921 i 2nd that with the practice. Was doing the same method. This video was an example. U could come in to back up on drivers side but id do blind just for practice. Thats pending traffic flow of course

      Hardly a main road, 1 truck and 2 cars went past. His reversing didn't affect any of them.

    That's not a blind side backing. .....
    Coming from the other side down the passengers door would be.

      +Dave Gonzales ..............IDIOT....as s/one who has already commented, the DRIVER'S SIDE is reversed from what you're accustomed to. Geesh...you can even SEE the driver in the vido on the RIGHT SIDE of the truck. I'm guessing you don't pay attention to other things as well?
