- Hiking to one of Lake Tahoe's most beautiful and secluded beaches - "Secret Beach", in addition to hiking up to the majestic Eagle Lake.

Secret cove for those who dont know what it really is, its a nudist beach. So its not the best place to take kids. Also people will be very upset to see anyone taking photos or videos over there. But I swear it is the most beautiful spot in all of Tahoe. Be careful about parking your car to go to this beach too. People break into cars up there all the time. Best to Uber to that spot or have a friend drop you off. Cheers to everyone watching :)
Pro trick : watch movies on flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.

Very nice, I went camping many times in that area. Get the drop off at the trailhead at Emerald Bay, hike in to Dick's Lake or go the other way and end up at Crag Lake or Lost Lake. Above Eagle Lake you hit the Velma Lakes. Certain times of year, Beautiful country. I would suggest a little description of where you are to orient viewers to what they are looking at, what direction you are facing or where. For example, southwest corner of the lake, just North of Emerald Bay facing East at DL Bliss Nice video, thank you

Felice Limacher this was filmed during the summer. Currently where I live at Lake Tahoe there’s about 8 feet of snow at my house and it’s still just as beautiful

Ohh....Lake Tahoe! My parents lived in Gardnerville for 10 years. It seemed we were in Tahoe for at least one day a year when with went to visit. Never really hiked there though. It was usually a family trip and well, they aren't hikers like me. Now I wished I had taken the opportunity. Although, we did our share of traipsing through the forest the day after Thanksgiving to find a christmas tree! That's great wilderness up there for sure. So much to do.

There are two qualities in particular that really make your vids shine, to wit: you do not undermine them with a bunch of dumb music, nor do you clutter them up with endless, inane chit-chat, you clearly know well that the landscape speaks for itself and possesses its own soundtrack. Don't remember if you've done any vids on the PCT from, say, Sonora Pass over Donner and northwards, I'll go back and look -- but if not I hope that's in your future. Cheers!

Several years ago I hiked past Eagle Lake into the Desolation Wilderness. On the way back I heard what I thought was a helicopter, but it was a V-22 Osprey military aircraft hovering over Eagle Lake. Being an aircraft, and hiking, buff I was impressed. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bell_Boeing_V-22_Osprey

A lot of beaches used to have no one on them.. then tourist happened! Now every beach is packed and all there trash and dirty diapers left behind! I was born a raised there on the south shore spent 35 years of my life there! Got sick of seeing “bay area” people flooding Tahoe with there city mentality and trashy ways! Thanks for sharing more places to be ruined by tourism !! 👎🏻

Get a topo map and a compass and learn land navigation. People get lost out there all the time and there is no phone signal at all so there is that too

Most folks don't realize, with the altitude, they best pack good sunscreen. And the water is freezing, even in the Summer. Great video.

@@gertch100 Because of the elevation, the Tahoe sun rays can burn even the tannest folks! I spent many a hot Summer day sunning and jet skiing over the years. Even the most avid sun worshippers better pack a little SPF. To me, Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful place on earth.

Just go to google maps and literally search up secret beach Lake Tahoe went there a couple months ago in the winter it was beautiful
