I remember ,my mom used to say, they were always told, due to excessive thoughts about sex , pimples start showing and it starts at Teenage. They also were told after marriage pimples vanish or are reduced to a large extent.They said this for menstrual cramps too. And this was a belief held by many in those days. Very rampant among many. And elder ones used to make fun when a child that steps into teenage and first signs of pimples start showing. Don't know how much truth in this.
These kind of podcasts make us feel that we are really learning and utilizing time. Thank you for inviting her.

So after watching this video I understand that I'm doing everything right.... I wash my hair day after a day... I wash my face with good face wash two times a day i use sunscreen everyday even if I'm in home and also my hair genetics are good.

Medical term for acne is pustules.
Treatment depends upon the etiology of pimples.
Natural causative factors- growth spurts, hereditary.
Environmental causative agents- UV exposure, skin types, food intake, sleep cycles.
Infective causative agents- mostly fungal- dermatitis in the Scalp.
Treatments;
Pharmaceutical- anti acne tubes, serums, gels, face washes.
Cosmetic approach - anti acne facials, facial spa, vampire facials.
Invasive approach- PRP, microneedling, dermarollers

I have acne prone skin, initially when I started the derma treatment my skin became very bad, but after completion of treatment there is a huge difference and I only use products suggested by my dermatologist. Initially i used to spend a lot on parlour and cosmetics but now it's almost very less.

If you have dandruff issue. Than, you can use medicinal anti dandruff shampoo which is ketoconazol. It comes in various brand names like Nizral, 8X-KT, Keto shampoo. So, these shampoos are meant to kill the fungus over the Scalp and hair bed. You better apply them in mixture form.
Means, you take little amount of your Normal shampoo (daily wash) and on your palm and a little amount of this medicated shampoo..mix them well by rubbing both hands..and then apply it on the hair bed and Scalp. Normal shampoo because, it will retain the moisture and keep the hair strands unfuzzy, medicinal shampoo because it will restrict the fungal growth. Keep it for 5-7 minutes and then rinse with water thoroughly.
I have dandruff issues and my doctor suggested to stop oiling completely. It’s been a few months but now I feel like my hair is not healthy because it doesn’t feel soft and shiny as before and is breaking very easily and feels weak in the roots… what should I do?
I had Severe pimple problem. I left eating NonVeg food and within 6 months the issue was gone
