It was cornstarch with a little bit of potato starch leftover chunks .. I don’t eat baking powder🤗. And it’s cornstarch from an Asian market it just says “pure cornstarch”
When I eat potato starch pure it does have an after taste. It tastes like raw potato but just a little bit. But when you make chunks out of it it doesn’t have a taste at all :) it just makes the chunks crunchier
