Me: how many sets on the leg extension?
Lee: all of them.
he would've been the flex lewis of his era if they had that division, he was blackballed by the ifbb well before that existed
@@trumpnation623 Shawn wouldn't touch him
GangGang you’re just simply wrong. It’s also been proven with Shawn taking second at the open Olympia.
I forgot about Shawn Ray. I think we can all agree that prime Ray and Priest would've smoked David Henry, Kevin English, Jose Raymond and even Flex Lewis. But yeah Ray would've probably edged out Lee Priest in most shows
Steven P completely agree.
Everybody Knows Shawn Sucked off the judges back then to get placings.
One of the original giant killers right there 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Greatest ever compliment I've ever was from Jay cutler,, when Lee was just 21 years old...He actually said when he first saw Lee "" he couldn't believe how big he was """...👍👍💯👍💯
Love these old training vids you put out. When I'm doin my cardio on stationary bike, i watch these. Motivating.
Great to hear, glad you’re enjoying them! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
His form is superb - like watching a 212 Dorian!
Holy level volume I'm amazed at how much work you can put up in a single workout
The fact Lee doesnt have an olympia under his belt is a crime.
his era was just to good
He was way too small to stand a chance in that late 90s early 00s mass monster era. And there was no 212 division. It's sad because his career would've been much better if competed in any other era.
If only h didn't go against Ronnie
Lee has really good form. Can’t take that away from him.
Shocked at the volume but makes sense we he had so much detail and separation! Crazy
Amarzening Bruce ! Thank you! Big hug for you!
Thank you Tony 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Best 212 ever. Today's are shite. Lee is unmatched and a fucking legend
If there was a 212 category back then, he would have won atleast 10 times b2b.
💯💯
I think Shaun Claurida is is a bigger freak than Lee in some shots. Especially back shots.
i 1000000% agree with you mate.... he would piss all over any 212 we've seen in the monden day body builders... not even flex lewis would come close
@@Truthcanbeconfusingi think you should not comment on bodybuild after this statement
damn, jamiroquai playing in the backaground. shit is nostalgic
The finisher is fuckin crazy...leg extension + lunges dangggg
I think the camera men had more fun Lee priest than other bodybuilders. He’s so funny
He never sustained serious injuries or torn muscles despite a 20+ year career in bodybuilding. It's called training with proper form.
Idiot, literally says in this video he has a quad tear 😅😅🤦🤦
Excellent video Lee Priest
No doubt the best ever 212 bodybuilder of ALL TIME!!!!!!!!
Thx Bruce 🤙🏼
Always! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Everything is with perfect form, nothing to failure, He's stimulating the muscle and going home. Not destroying it and his body with shitty form and every set to absolute failure and forced reps and stuff.
He was known for that kind of training style. He made me an advocate for that training method too
okay but coleman win 8 olympia
@@Antraxx997 Coleman would have won 12 Olympias if he had trained more reasonably
@@orbarak123 or.. he would have won zero olympia
@@Antraxx997 Squatting and Deadlifting his 1-2 rep max a few weeks out of the Olympia didn't get him his title. We have science today that shows you can build muscle to the same extent in all rep range (preferably in the 5-30 range due to injury risk).
Virtual insanity in the background is just icing on the cake
Lee Priest is sure one hell of a beast!
Amazing man superb
Why didn't Lee do the 2005 Olympia
Lee Priest feels no pain or he is dam good at not showing it
100 reps leg press he is crazy...
Lee priest in de best legs 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Era perfectamente antes de que se tatuara💪💚🔥💝💜👌👍💖💗💌😘😍💓❤💘💙💛💞
I thought leg extension is for finisher...lee priest do it in the beginning...gonna try it
A lot of bodybuilders use the leg Extension to warm-up with. I do this too. It helps prime the knee joint for heavier work.
@@gregorydacosta2102 imma try it
@Old Skool Bodybuilding Routines imma try it for sure
@Old Skool Bodybuilding Routines HE REPPED THAT ALL STACK LIKE NOTHING EHEH
Hermosos músculos 👌🏻🤍♥️💗💟💪🏻🔥💓💕💖💞🤩💘😍😻❤💝
💪😎
I want thos shoes for leg day
👍👍
Is that Mark Rainbow training with Lee?
Why is he in Texas and what did he do with the Powertec equipment?
Salvation is by faith in Jesus
how often would he do this per week on average?
Biceps triceps cuisses mollet legendaire dos ridicule
💟💌💗💖🖤😍💝❤️💕😘♥️
Why didn't he compete at the Olympia in 05?
Shoulder infection from bad shot?
He was too good
Don’t quote me but it might’ve had something to do with the ifbb black balling him
48 reps Tom platz style
light weight buddy..
only 6 plates a side on the leg press meanwhile you see clowns at the gym ego lifting 10 plates with no legs
Who will be the next one to die from tainted steroid use
Nobody brudda.
Now you know how rigged MR O is when the winner can act like a complete dick Imagine dorian yates training like this then loosing even with a torn bicep 🤣🤣
No disrespect to Mr Priest but before all those ugly unnecessary tattoos.
Extremely high volume
Never been a big lee priest fan but one thing i can say is that the man's form was impeccable!!. I mean..clean...smooth...complete range 💯
Before he got stupid face tattoos
Leg extension machine could use some WD40 😂
I didn't know you released these That was smart of you
I DO 10 REPS AND I'M TIRED AS FUCC
Why the hell did he put those silly tattoos all over his face..
Cos it's his face
@@KippaxInThailand no, cos its dumb
@@loneranger7877 and you even dumber.
@@peternagy-im4be Why?
I think he did it because he wanted to
This was during his gay for pay days. Mighty fine.
He did 103 leg press , 🙄🙄🙄😲😲😲😲
Branch Warren also trained like this. He said they would count the minutes not the reps.
108 reps?! WTF!
Tenía hermoso cuerpo💝💞💛😻💚💪🔥💜👌💗💖👍💌💕😘❤💓😍💘💙
No one ever can do this volume of training in one session, he is phenomenal
High reps for leg press
😊🥰Lee💪🏽
Lee priest dont know how too train legs even after training with Platz no squats or hack even Ofcourse you cant beat dorian
Why doesnt he ever go close to failure? And whats the point of resting in the middle of a set, isnt that counter intuitive to the goal of fatiguing the muscle? Seems to me the only reason this works for him is amazing genetics and tons of juice.
@Old Skool Bodybuilding Routines why are you on every video ive watched
Exactly genetics & pharma help..
Stimulate not annihilate
I suspect it is amazing genetics. I never really studied much of him until recently and in a recent interview he showed his natural physique at only 19, I was jaw dropped. Him at 19 with barely any experience training was overwhelming better than seasoned pros on gear and that's when I realized Lee is one of those freaks who's going to look jacked just brushing his teeth in the morning. In truth a guy like him was destined for greatness even if he didn't push himself to extreme levels. His workouts that I've seen were generally very calm and "meh" compared to other guys who pushed way harder. If I'm to be honest we've all seen plenty of guys in our local gyms who train at a similar pace and form to priest and they don't have shit for results. It is the genetics.
the quality of contraction, and time under tension makes helps to build a good mind connection, failure and weight is not everything., what does build muscle, is progressive overload with technique and tempo and hes knowed for traning heavy with perfect form... bro he can probably get better results in 2 exercises with 4 sets each, than most of the people doing a full workout with 6 or 8 exercises ....and you can make rest pauses or cluster sets...
bro most of us couldn't go back to doing reps on the leg extender with what looks like the whole stack again....
