I have found your videos fantastic. The most significant element is just how grounded your videos, views, are expressed. So thankyou. CCC isn’t compatible for Windows based machines, but I found an alternative. A great tip.
Hahaha ‘Pro Tools’ update 😂 My strategy was switching to Reaper 3 years ago, never had an issue never looked back. Reaper has many updates a year, only takes a minute and always works 😊
It’s sad that users of said “ tools “ can’t rely on said “ tools “ to continue to work as intended. Most of said “ tools “ code is decades old… The DAW I prefer has regular updates with a lot less bugs along the way than said “ tools “ … Yes we should test but we should hold those companies accountable.

Sometimes when I got to shutdown my pc it makes me update first, is there a way to stop that ?
Yes but I don’t know how. I use mac and linux, check windows update configuration
