Omg, how have i never come across your channel before today!!! RUclips shows me so much crap i have no interest in but misses smaller channels like yours. Looks like i’ve got a few! Videos to catch up on, cheers m8.
I absolutely love mine! Use it every day to monitor the rifle, tune for different pellets and to make sure I stay within the limits of the classes I am shooting.
Great bit of kit. Bought mine from Ron Daleys and its already an indisposable bit of kit. If youre chronoing a .177 attach it directly to the barrel or the radar wont pick it up and send info to your FX app on your mobile. Great video and thankyou👍
Good review mate, thanks for taking the time. On the basis of what you've said I'm going to look out for a Mk1 going cheap, I only need a chrono when I've been fiddling about with my guns so it spends most of it's time in a bag.
Recently found your channel, it’s a great resource thank you. Reference the chronograph and a comment you made in an earlier video regarding your advice about a standard deviation of 10 being the maximum recommended limit for competition bench rest shooting. How many shots would you normally do, to generate your sample size. I’m currently evaluating the capability of my HW 100 which has the factory fitted spring washer “regulator”. I achieved a 10.2 standard deviation over 110 shots which is a full fill down to about 95 bar. If I was to only shoot over the most stable section of the string, it would significantly reduce my shot count, and my current skill level doesn’t warrant that. I should say I’m shooting paper at 30 yards on my local range. Cheers from John
A very interesting review Matthew, so interesting that I went on line and bought one. One point that I am not sure of is whether the Red LED should go off when the battery I fully charged.
Great vid mate, I’ve just come across your channel (now subbed) just out of interest have you seen the Garmin Xero pro chronograph? It’s on my shopping list.
I’m new to this and still learning. I’m from Vancouver Canada. I just purchased the Kervan AirBoss K1 25 cal. I also just purchased the FX V2 chronograph. I didn’t know that this chronograph could calculate FPE too. My question is when a pellet leaves the barrel of a gun you can measure that FPS and FPE but at a certain point for example, if a target is 100 yards away the FPE is going to drop off and lose energy. In terms of figuring out at what distance your Pellet is going to lose penetration/energy, how would you figure that out? Do you need to put the chronograph near the target? That would be a risky proposition. Thanks for the video.

I’ve got the V2… it’s awesome, I have built a library of my airguns performances….
Thank you for this informative review. I decided to get one right now !!
Thanks for the advice. Just bought the V2 from your recommendation. Much appreciated 👍
Great review, it gave me confidence in the accuracy. Thanks.
Was running mine for about an hour today tuning a rifle.
I've got the v.1 and yes the batteries are a bit of a pain, but for what they offer and use of the app, it's a nice bit of kit
Great channel Dude 👏

I have the Mk1, and it was eating batteries both alkaline and NiMH, so I got some lithium rechargeable and they work brilliant.

As long as you don’t go below the reg pressure you total speed spread should be stable. I do long strings but do shorter ones just to check regularly.

When connected to the app it says how much charge left. Other wise I don’t know.

Anyone compared it to more professional chronograph ?
Hi . Muss man die Schalldämpfer oder Mündungsbremse abnehmen um saubere Ergebnisse zu bekommen? Oder kann man alles dran lassen? Mfg
Excellent review! Thanks for sharing!! 👍
Following your review on the FX V2 I bought one yesterday at the British Shooting Show.
Is it accurate computing a skan?
Love the vids, but i have to say you cost me a fortune, I buy loads of stuff you show keep ,um comming
