Hey bro sorry to bust ya balls but that sounds fucking nuts… the crane 304 is that a solid or flat tapper hydraulic I know the 288 is a solid… got a std stroke 308 I bought with a crane 272 or 278 it’s a little too mild for my liking abs has hq heads with a mild port job… was thinking of going a 650DP with the same manifold your running there looks to me like a torque power dual plane ??? Was pretty much gonna save doing a full rebuild and rip off the qjet KC bro i replica manifold and the cam and go either crane 286 at minimum but preferable go the crane 288 or crane 304a with a TP dual plane and 650 dp and msd with limiter (don’t wanna throw a rod out on a 2 bolt bottom end, when that day comes il rebuild it with a 4 bolt conversion or a stud girdle so she can “safely shift at 7k” lol the TP dual plane is a solid manifold man prefer that over the Stripmaster even tho that’s a single plane, need that low down torque even tho the cam won’t come on till around 2500-3krpm but at least it will HAUL ASS to 6500-7000 the heads aren’t radically ported but I’ve got another set that have been u can always put on so. Cheers in advance just wanna confirm what carby and manifold combo with the cam (I could be wrong but if it’s the one down from the 288 solid I thought it was actually the crane 286…can see ya got 4 into 1s but what size pipes and mufflers too if ya don’t mind me asking again thanks man just tryna dial in exactly what cam manifold and carb combo to do with the motor without going over the top… the bottom ends been rebuilt 40 thou over abs run it 5000km max on the motor and she has spun multiple times to 6500 without throwing the bottom end out so yeah cheers again mate would love any advice ya got ✌️✌️
