@@muhammadputera6593 It´s called testosterone, and Human growth hormone :) I think Matt is one of the few guys that does the least performance enhancing drugs. He is just mad strong naturally. I think his day job is very hard labour from what i understand.

You will have strong arms, hands, shoulders, and back just from the daily routine. Turning valves and hooking up hoses may seem causal, but it's hard work and you do it all day. Up and down ladders, carrying heavy pipes, hoses, and couplers. You'll do more "working out" in a day on the oil field fraking than you do in a week at the gym. Then doing that day in and day out for years on end builds amazing stamina in those muscles. You'll have tendons of iron. That said, the ache when you get home at night is second to none that I know of.
What are you guys thinking about Leonidas vs Larry? I think Larry is a little stronger by now. I hope both keep on going, get stronger and will compete with the real big guys one day...
Needs technique? You can’t be serious. The man knows how to use every technique there is in Arm Wrestling and uses a lot of those techniques in his matches. The man has been arm wrestling for a long time, trains with some of the best Arm wrestlers, has made videos of him training other arm wrestlers showing them how to use multiple techniques, etc. The REAL issue is the amount of time he has to train compared to the guys he has faced recently. Matt works full time on a rig while the 3 of the last 4 guys that beat Matt have the luxury to train full time as they have a government that backs them which gives them the opportunity to focus only on training the majority of the time. If Matt could focus solely on Arm Wrestling then things would be going better for him.
There’s levels n Matt’s clearly above those guys but barely I’m talking barely under neath guys like Devon it’s insane Matt will get back to the top I can bet money on that!!

Matt is a gatekeeper to the pros. I like him so much I really hope he can level up. He needs to be able to stop and bleed some of the pros he’s lost to. He doesn’t need to try and top roll everyone.
When I hear people talking down on Matt, I'm reminded of the time I was feeling pretty good about my own skill in BJJ relative to my peers, and when I sparred with a pro, I was ragdolled like a n00b. The gap between pros and casuals is far bigger than some care to recognize.
Matt Mask is one of the strongest AW in the world, he has no reason to be attacked for his performance in AW; he beats Leonidas with left hand easy. his right is even more stronger
