Homemade Keto Beef Burger Patty with Garlic Mayonnaise (Keto friendly)

Ingredients:
(165g each burger patty, 4 pieces)
350g Minced beef (25% fat)
250g Peeled King prawns
25g Spring onions
10g Coriander leaves
55g Shiitake mushrooms
1no Whole egg
1tbsp Garlic oil
1/4tsp Black pepper powder
1/2tbsp Salt
1tbsp Vital wheat gluten/
1tbsp Potato starch (non-Keto dieters)
Garlic Mayonnaise:
(300ml)
2nos Egg yolk
1/2tsp Dijon mustard
250ml Olive oil
1tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Few drops lemon juice
1/2tbsp Garlic oil
1/4tsp Salt
A pinch of Black pepper powder
Few drops of water
