@@damaralfaruq4368yes but u get more crystal rewards from honkai. Hsr roughly gives 6000-8000 maybe even more it depends on the patch and how much you clear while in hii3rd you can get roughly 15k but this also depends on if youre end game, your arena rank and how much of ER you can clear.

I don't think so, because that would be awfully unfair for the people who already pulled those characters in prior reruns/initial banners and had to pull them on a 50/50.

Most of the 2.xx characters have better pull value than 1.xx characters.
