Handhelds have come a long way. A few years ago, a handheld at this price point would max out at emulating PS1. Being able to play N64 and some PSP at that price is amazing.

Hi, I saw the 1TB card on Amazon and I really want to have that game collection on my Steam Deck. I wanted to know if after buying the SD card, can I back it up on another SD card or a hard drive? Because if the 1TB SD card breaks, I would lose everything and have to spend almost $200 to buy another one. I would appreciate it if you could answer that for me.

Saw this review and bought one immediately. Ngl, I'm a bit disappointed. Came with rock nix, many of the games lag quite a bit, sound glitches a lot, background music on the home page glitches out, battery indicator doesn't work, randomly shuts off, a lot of the GBA games are Japanese versions, tried to update and bricked the system. Had to download and reinstall, but that didn't fix any of the problems. Tried to install arkos and it won't boot. Sleep mode also doesn't work. It turns itself back on minutes later making horrific noises. When it works is amazing, but there's a lot of bugs with this one.
Don't believe the hype, this device is garbage. I watched this video yesterday, ordered it on Amazon and 24 hours later it's here and stopped working after 30 minutes. First, my menu looks completely different than the one in the video, not as user friendly. Took a moment to figure that part out, no biggie but still annoying. Second, after playing a couple games the start button stopped working. I'm able to open up a new game, look at the start screen but nothing will start. Even the games I already played earlier. And third, many of the games that you would expect would be here aren't. On the menu screen they show Mario 64, Super Mario Brothers 2 and others that aren't available on the device. I could probably look past that because there are plenty of cool retro games to choose from for the price point but the fact that it stopped working after 30 minutes is bullsh*t.

You can totally back it up it would just take a very long time as 1TB is very large.

i have try this handheld and never like the analog placement they should be in the position of the pad and buttons
That's a fair point. I don't mind it but def see what you're saying. I'd say flip d pad and left analog. That would be cool with me.
