It seems like they built probably the best crawler I have seen so far from everything that’s out there. I want one, I just want to see how the aftermarket responds first. Plus, I am 100% against anything with a Jeep body. But this one might make me break my rule on that.

I have a trx6 G63 i never drive and a SCX6 JLU i never drive. I still want this.... the lockers, drive options, and lights are all things I've always wished my 6 had. Not to mention the portals that cost me more than the total price of this truck. All that's left is to decide if I'm gonna order this one and add a SCX6 brushless combo from Jenny's or wait for the brushless version. I wish they'd release pricing for the brushless model to help me decide.
i've had my eye out for an scx6 (used) for over a year. hesitant because i want portals (and vitavon was only option at insane price) and locking diffs (dont even think thats an option for scx6)
this truck looks to be best larger scale option, only negative I see is the 1st / 2nd gear not being much of a difference.
my experience hiking with trx4, when running on smooth'ish surface best efficiency is aiming for lower rpm. not most efficient for motor but the point is running efficiency, not power efficiency. i.e low rpm for low torque situations like hiking so a higher 2nd gear ratio is important. I find the TRX4 gear spacing is just about perfect.

I remember 'cross rc' had a similar one/version. It was a bit smaller (1/8th scale I think) & was almost a $Grand.

I have to admit that I am not a real crawler modelist, but there are a few topics I wonder a little at, if I think myself deeper into the segment of crawler RC cars, its goals, and what I would like to have, if I would want to go for such a model…
• Of course, I can absolutely feel the fascination of crawling in the sense of going extreme ways no other “normal” RC car can go. Including all the technical features which make this sort of adventures possible. In this category the MK-07 seems to be OK.
• However, in addition to the crawler performance aspect there are also many efforts made to achieve scale appearance in REAL looks and REAL driving performance. And in this direction I ask myself some questions… 🤔🧐😉
• REAL off-road cars like a “Jeep” (which is somehow the direction of the look of the MK-07…) can drive fast enough to be also used on normal streets within some sort of “normal” speeds. In this aspect the MK-07 looks too slow in second gear. I understand that it would be quite a challenge to drive a huge truck like the MK-07 with scale realistic high speed, but this is exactly the same with a REAL 1:1 scale truck. Well, drivers would have to be careful, but this would be the REAL reality of scale appearance. 🤔🧐😉
• Considering the low top-speed of the MK-07, I can not see much sense in the front- and rear-wheel drive option… 🤔🧐😉 And it would make no sense to just give the motor more power for more speed, because it would also affect the first-gear crawling mode, which would be only negative for performance.
• It should be possible to switch the direction indicator function on and off. Nobody in REAL life is constantly using those while intensively manoeuvring in extreme, low speed off-road conditions, i.e. CRAWLING… 🤔🧐😉
• Every REAL truck is not driving around without a driver… a model that wants to be scale realistic just looks ridiculous without a driver… 🤔🧐😉 I know, this is a “problem” with nearly all brand RC vehicles, but I think RLAARLO wants to be a little bit MORE special with its RTR models, so in my opinion it would be a little, but quite nice touch if they would include a driver figure, or at least offer one (or even better more than one different versions…) in the proper scale…

RLAARLO’s “customer service” is by far the absolute WORST in the RC industry. There is a complete disconnect between their “customers service” personnel and absolutely anyone able to answer technical questions regarding their products. Questions go unanswered most of the time & when a response is given it NEVER properly addresses the issue. ONE RESPONSE I rec’d was “we are sorry, please contact us with any further questions”!!!!!! WTF!? Watching all you guys who I have the upmost respect for build up this company literally turns my stomach. They obviously have the ability to produce the product, but completely do not have the desire to provide any competent “customer service”!
Serious question, I'm not being combative or argumentative. What exactly does the average customer need from a company after the sale of an RC car? I've had exactly 1 instance of using customer service out of 50 plus cars. That was a garbage Traxxas esc that was dead on arrival in a new Xmaxx. Even then I had no plans of using the warranty esc except to sale and recoup some of my money on putting a decent one in it. Technical issues I'd go to RUclips over the manufacturer.
I am a big Rlaarlo fan. I love that they're putting out new and different rigs. At the prices they are selling for I'm perfectly okay with sub par customer service. My SCX6 cost 2 1/2 times what this does and has none of the cool features. That is making my stomach turn.
So they're identical to Horror-izon hobby. Gotcha!👍

Unfortunately, I OFTEN find the manufacturers, such as ARRMA, FUTSBA, CASTLE, to be a valuable asset in resolving issues I run into with my insignificant number of 15 RC cars.
Ive been having nothing with problems with Customer service. Been looking for a part that isnt available on their website, so they emailed me the complete wrong part and then when they sent me one that semi- looked correct it wasnt even for my model after i had explicitly stated it multiple times. Just wish they had better communication

super cool, nice how you can unlock diffs, I wonder if drive train could handle a brushless motor, with all those extra moving parts. needs a hair more speed. i use my bomber just like that but did put a homles hobby 3500kv for more speed.
I saw in some of the promo material that one of these will pull a 2000 lb vehicle. If that's true it should handle brushless. I was thinking a SCX6 electronics from Jenny's are gonna be scarce very soon. I'm ordering mine tonight if they still have them.
